It’s giving lack! After driving 6 hours from Atlanta (where they cook better food) I stopped to get some home-cooked African food. What a disappointment to the tenth power. As I was handed the plate of food I instantly knew that the quantity was not worth almost 30 bucks. The one thing Africans will do when it comes to jollof rice, is to pack your plate full of jollof rice in exchange of not having to give much meat- preferably goat meat.-They gave us four pieces of beef stewed meat (not even goat lol smh) four pieces of plantain like they were doing us a favor.-The rice had zero seasoning, the meat had zero seasoning, and the side of efo riro was a disgrace. It was like they took collard greens in mixed in a pot of boiling canned tomatoe purée with a dash of something. I had to laugh writing this because it was a complete joke and disgrace. I tell you all items tasted like they took chef Boyardee sauce and poured it in. I am trying to figure out who sell food like that? They do. Anyone that says this place is it, is lacking taste in their taste buds. Never again. ?

Clean establishment. jollof rice can be mild or spicy to your tasting. drinks are nice and cold

This is not real West African cuisine, The jollof is practically rice in tomato soup and the egusi was disgraceful tbh. The seasonings were all so wrong.

This is coming from a true foodie with Nigerian friends the food was delicious. I ordered egusi stew with beef and cassava fufu and chicken with okra stew and yam fufu. My only complaint was the yam fufu wasn’t good it was too grainy but the cassava fufu was perfect just how I like it. So if you want the consistency of mashed potatoes definitely order cassava. I would return i’m glad I found this place.

Very disappointedI got okra stew came it was Barely enough to put in a bowAnd it came with beef I got four pieces of beefWhich was so hardwas so hard and tough..for a price of 19$Noooo not Worth the money

I Got the egusi with assorted meat and fish with pounded Yam. And my friend got jollof rice with chicken and dodo. We both enjoyed our food. It was a lot for me to finish in one seating so I will be finish mine tomorrow. I highly recommend.

Don’t bother going here if you’re Nigerian and know what real Nigeria food tastes like. This is in no way a Nigerian restaurant. Nothing here tastes Nigerian. Had efo riro while on a business trip, and it was a huge disappointment, had to get KFC late at night as I couldn’t eat the meal. This is American customized food in disguise as Nigerian food. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

ordered the vegan egusi Stew with mushrooms & pounded yam (instead of fufu) a while back and it was a wonderful experience. the food smelled like a combination of Thanksgiving, Christmas and warmed goodness. the flavor was unexplainable but satisfactory. i will definitely be back again when i have some extra cash and tell friends!

They have good food, just didn't get Amala.
