The food was great. The waitress was excellent. So much better than going to a typical fast food place for breakfast. Was driving thru the area from Ga......
Too many unavailable items on the menu. I wish they would bring back the Brawny Lad but they say they can't get the brown buns. It's the best onion rings in town. Not cheap food, but certainly not as expensive as most.
Ordered a BLT burger platter. Cole slaw came first. It was tasty. Then ca.w the fries. They too were good. Finally they served me a BLT. Not a BLT burger. They took the BLT back and eventually came the burger with cheese. No BLT. AND THE BURGER WAS IN 3 PIECES. OVERCOOKED AND THE BUN FELL APART.
I grew up on Bob's big boys as a kid. So I was surprised at the poor quality of my food. I ordered a simple bacon cheeseburger, fries, and shake. My fries were cold, the burger was warm but flavorful and the shake machine was broken. I prepaid but the price was not adjusted. Two of the three stars are for the nice lady at the window.
Stop in while visiting Louisville. Should’ve gone on by. Out of practically everything. Ham, pasta, pancakes, turkey, everything. Waitress came back to table twice because…..yep, out. What did come was, well, very underwhelming. This is NOT a Big Boy restaurant in the Shoney’s vein. Its a bad restaurant in the cant ever recommend vein. Ever.
Our 2nd time eating at this location. The food was really good and made exactly how we ordered. The staff was friendly and attentive.
1st Frisches Big Boy in 10 years that I've been too. Only 6 table in the entire restaurant with patrons. Manager yelled we are busy and it's gonna be a long while till we can get to you. Place was dirty, salad bar running low on everything not to mention the inhospitable manager! Do go here!
This store hired me in the worst time of my life in the first week my brother's wife died, had to call in, 2nd his daughter had got admitted into the hospital for liver problems had to take her and pick her up, then got really sick and had to call in. Any other place would have fired me by now that is not me at all to call in unless it's a emergency and it was. So thank you all and I'll be here a long time if it's up to l love you all and thanks for understanding I love all you guys and if it wasn't for y'all ide be in pretty bad shape
I was looking for something quick to eat on the way back from out of town and seen Frisch’s on the map here. The food was hot and had to wait a bit for it to come out. I was too impressed, but the order was correct. A bit pricey for the quality of processed items. Glad they got a good rating. The bathroom could use a bit of attention to. Friendly staff.
Fries warm, not hot. Big boy sandwiches room temperature. Cheese not melted. Cole slaw good. Cashier asked how everything was. We commented food could have been hotter. She made no comment. So why ask?
