Food is always great. But if it weren't for the waitress and her sweet daughter I WOULD not go back. If they lose them they just as well close. Unless they can get help like them. The one waitress we had a Said she had 2 people ahead of us she did not have time to wait on us and if I did not want to wait I could leave let the heck
I’m in town from Nashville for work and couldn’t decide where to eat all morning. I finally decided on this place and I am glad that I did. The food was fresh at the bar. The general manager Addie went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and that my food was up to par. I winded up getting desert where even though the shake machine was down she still made me a shake and it was delicious.
Omg better than I remember amazing server awesome food. Hot fudge cake never dissapoint
I was passing through Louisville & stopped in Frisch’s. This was delicious!! Not being from this area I was just in love with the sauce. I spoke to Christina, the manager on duty & she told me I could buy this secret sauce. ? Christina made my visit so pleasant & loved her suggestions. I will absolutely be stopping at Frisch’s when I’m back in the area.I was passing through again (5/25/22) & stopped in here again because I knew it was good. The same manager, Christina was there. She was multi tasking as waitress & Mgr. Again, very nice service & delicious food. I think this has become my go to place when I stop over in Louisville.
THEY DO NOT HAVE HIGH CHAIRS.Okay, so my daughter, boyfriend, and I ate here the other day && they weren't busy. The service wasn't the fastest, but I get that. They were out of a lot of things- all chicken, onion rings, etc. But okay, It happens. Also, frischs serves breakfast all day, the menu even says that. However, they would not serve breakfast foods. To make it worse, there was food all under our table. & A FAMILY restaurant didn't have high chairs. All they had was boosters. I have a 10 month old. So the whole time, I had to sit with my arm blocking her into the seat.
Poooor service when we were there on 4/20 and arguing going on between workers. Only one person really working on staff. I’m glad my food was good because we traveled to get this food. I used to eat at these places all the time and they were known for their service and food. It’s gone very down hill. Glad my chili tasted right. The breakfast my boyfriend got was not very good.
Not much menu selection. I had the soup and salad bar and it was not good. Vegetables were old and dried up, nothing was refreshed on it while we were there. Nobody even came out to check it. Only had one waitress taking care of the whole dining room. Yet there were several others just standing around up front doing nothing, including the manager and no one was friendly. We had to wait at least 10-15 minutes to be seated when we first arrived, yet there were only people at 2 other tables. Poor service and bad food and salad bar is pricey at $11.99. Won't go back.
Good breakfast. Excited to see one of these still in operation.
