Good food. Placed a special order. All burgers are double and even got a lettuce wrap! To top it off. LOVE the coke machine that not only has Mellow Yellow Zero but let's you put a shot of cherry in it. Tastes just like the discontinued Code Red Zero!
Went there on a late Thursday night, and the burgers were delicious!! I had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. You can choose what you want on your burger because they have several delicious toppings even jalapenos. I saw someone walk out with a shake, and it looked tempting!! Next time I will go for it!! ?We ate our burgers and fries outside at one of their tables. It was nice.
This place is great and everyone who works here is usually awesome. Place is really clean and service is usually fast for being made to order. But half the time I come here, no matter what time or day, they don’t have milkshakes. That’s the only flaky thing about them ya heard
Of course, the food is almost always delicious. The experience would have been much better if I didnt have to listen to the employees complain about their personal lives while I ate. I mean it was constant from time I walked in til I left
First time ever eating here. I really did enjoy the burger I had fries were so fresh you could still see the steam.
I use to deliver to this location when I worked for Reinhardt food service. This chain has no problem rejecting anything we try to deliver if there's anything wrong with it. Their standards are high. They keep ALL of their places as clean as can be. You pay a lot for their burgers and though i wish it was a cheaper place to eat i still can say they are justified in their asking price and i wouldn't want them to change it.
Had very friendly customer service and the restaurant was clean. Just needed a few more condiments like Mult vinegar for the fries. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Fast and everything was great. Just wish you can have multiple sizes for the shakes. Would like to have had more shake.
I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and had no problems until this year I’ve been to their restaurant twice on two separate occasions and they’ve gotten my order wrong. I say wrong because the first time I had ordered with lettuce and onions and mustard only to get home and just have mustard. Now the most recent time I ordered a burger the same way but this one was a bacon cheeseburger and what happens when I get home there’s no bacon on it. So I call and I am asked if I can bring it back up there or if I can come back before the following week how does that make sense? Save your money.
First time in a Five Guys but it won't be my last. It's absolutely the best burger in Louisville!
Five Guys offers excellent food, fresh and made to order. The service was friendly and professional, and the dining room was clean and well stocked.My only disappointment was the prices, which were considerably higher than I expected.
