Excellent service team members at this location, food was prepared in a timely manner and presented with care. Restaurant is clean and organized and really represents the brand well.
I notified the app that I was inside the restaurant, but I still had to go to the register to let them know I was here before my order was prepared. I thought the purpose of letting you all know on the app I was here was for me to skip the line and wait in the poke up area. that was not my experience. Update: after getting home to eat my food, I realized my burger was not made right. however, the Cajun fries are forever good.
A really good burger, but generally over-priced. (More like sit-down prices, not serve yourself.) Fries are only fried once, so I pass on them.

This Five Guys is by the best ran fast-casual restaurant I’ve ever stepped foot into! I’ve been in fast food management for two years and retail management for four, and the St. Matthew’s Five Guys is the epitome of good customer service. To put this into perspective: imagine walking into a Chick-Fil-A, except no robots; no scripts. These guys and gals are genuinely happy and excited to come to work every day! You will hear employees communicating every step of an order while cheering one another on. GENUINE smiles and pleasant greetings! The food is all cooked to order (from what I observed) and the service is fast and efficient. Sam, the General Manager said he has been at this location for six months now, which would explain why I’ve been blown away by consistent over-the-top service for several months. Keep up the good work guys, Sam, keep moving up man!
Quick service. I like the environment and it's always clean. It's neat to see everyone work together to complete an order.
My first time having this burger fantastic almost reminds me of back home in New York, on the same level as Jackson hole back home just not as big but the flavor is right
