Second visit and not disappointed. Emma was a cheerful and attentive server. And the Lemon ricotta pancakes were on point!

One of the first guests arriving.Breakfast tacos without tortillas. Subbed cheese grits for black beans.Tacos were flavorful and spicy. The only thing it could have used was a small amount of creme fresh or sour cream.Great, timely, friendly service. In and out in 45 minutes.
I had a phenomenal experience at First Watch. The service was top notch and the food was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my muffin sandwich special. The Million Dollar bacon is unbelievable!
Fast and friendly service with delicious food makes for a great brunch! Their menu offers a large selection of both breakfast and lunch items and a nice variety of drinks as well. The low key atmosphere is inviting and makes you want to stay, relax, and enjoy your meal. There is also lots of parking and it is easy to get to. I highly recommend you give it a try!
Was in Louisville with friends for the day and we decided to try First Watch based on recommendations from friends. They are open for breakfast and lunch only. Both can be ordered during hours of operation. I ordered the street taco’s with a fruit cup and it was very good. My friends also enjoyed their meals. The restaurant was very busy which means they are a popular dining destination. I would definitely tho back.
My favorite breakfast place because they have chicken sausage, good food and great customer service! Im glad they are located through out the US. Farm to table goodness in each bite. Kale tonic is great!
Great breakfast spot. Plenty of sweet and savory options! Delicious pancakes and syrupy bacon.? Eggs were great and many different ways. Will definitely return!!
