Fire, all the sandwiches are good beside the meat ball, my husband didn't like the meatball sub. Crystal with the purple hair was awesome & the other staff members was great too and they fixed the problem and replaced his sandwiche.. I would go back !!!! Thanks
Ok, I got 2 sandwiches and a order of Mac n cheese. I’ve had the Mac before it was great, this time it looked like Mac soup. When I showed it to the manager he said it was fine. He was very rude to me, I ask for a refund he said no. I could not believe how big a deal this man made out of this. I said enjoy your money and he said he would would. Never will I cross their doors again. This was on hurstbourne on. Today at 1 pm
The food was good but my order was wrong. The guy making the food had to ask five times what the order was just to get it wrong. The staff was nice and the store was very clean
Mouth watering subs, the smell,taste of the meat is amazing, hot or cold Ny steamer or smoked chicken, try what makes your tongue tickle. Management & staff top notch.
Food was not tasty, service was slow, and the building seemed unclean. We loved Firehouse in our hometown and were so excited to have one in Louisville, but this time disappointed.
Firehouse always proves itself to be one of the best sandwich chains around, and this location is no exception. The sandwiches are always well made, delicious, and the portions are pretty large. The staff are very friendly and get your sandwiches to you quickly. Great spot for a hot sandwich.They were having a promotion last time I went there, where everyone who's name started with a "C" or "U" got a free medium sub, and wouldn't you know, my wife's name started with a C! So that was really cool. Follow them on instagram and you might find another deal for yourself!
Sandwiches are OK, but omg they are slow to make them, three customers in the store counting me, we each got one Sandwich took 20 mins!! why?? do you make the bread from scratch each time? I'd like to go again but, I just don't have that kind of time for lunch, shouldn't take 5 employees 20 mins to make 3 Sandwiches, insane. Owner do yourself a favor, find one guy who's fast and accurate and pay him 20 bucks a hour to work your rush and fire two slow guys, your business will boom.
This place has gotten much better. We came in to eat one afternoon and the staff and chef were extremely friendly. The food was great. We will be back ??
The subs were good. But the service was less than friendly and slow as dirt. They were not that busy. Just felt like we should have been in and out a bit faster.
These subs are nothing like any firehouse subs I’ve had in Florida or Tennessee. The bread is totally different and there wasn’t a pickle on the side of the paper. Then all the sauces are missing. I’m just so confused I thought all firehouse subs were the same. I grew up in Florida eating firehouse subs and this was nothing like what it was like. The break is a big factor in that it was like hoagie bread and that’s not the right bread. So I will never go back to this one. Hopefully one will show up and have the same food as what all the others have because this is a fraud.
