Good food! Salsa is really good at this location! Service can be a little off here somedays. It just depends who is serving you I guess.
First time at this location and I was pleased. My burrito was good. The salsa was good....my chips we're all broken but hey...it's cool. It happens. Enjoyed the dinner!
Good Authentic food! Staff was nice and culturally aware of menu and items, also there was nice decor in the restaurant to tie everything in together. We would definitely come again to this location!
Good service, food and drinks
Like most everything else, the quality just isn't there anymore. Picture wise, it would appear the same but the taste..uh no. Chips were thick and stale & I've had better store bought salsa but hey, at least there was employees 3.5/5
I eat here all the time because it’s right up the street from my job but today has been the worst experience ever. I placed an order over the phone for pickup which was said 10-15 minutes. I get there and still had to wait another 10-15 minutes. Argued with one of the workers because my coworker and I paid separately but they only wanted to give us one chips and salsa. On top of that the food was burnt. They don’t have to worry about me spending my money here anymore.
I ordered online at the Shively El Nopal for my better half and i, had the order number, my better half went to pick it up, a few minutes later she calls and asks which El Nopal i ordered from as they didn't have the order, i said the Shively location, then the lady at the register informs my better half that they don't take online orders anymore, El Nopal, if you don't take online orders anymore, take your website off.
Great atmosphere. Love the hot sauce/salsa options. My mom said her Krabmeat quesadilla was bland (but she's picky). Thought my chicken and beef taquitos were delicious. We both highly enjoyed the margaritas ?
Fantastic service! Excellent food & drinks! What more can ya ask for? Reasonable priced. . They got that covered too.... its a Win ! Win!
We love the food here and have always had good service there. But, recently we went there for my birthday and my husband told them it was my birthday. We knew that they would sing and make me wear a sombrero (which I wasn't happy about, but whatever). When they finished singing, one of the male employees smashed whipped cream in my face. I was absolutely mortified. I called and talked to a manager the next week and he confirmed that yes, they do this and that he would tell them not to. But, I wasn't really convinced that he would. He also never apologized. We will not be back to this location.
