The food was out very fast and I was able to get my drinks quickly. But I had ordered a cheese pizza bagel and instead was given a pizza bagel with pepperoni underneath the cheese. Luckily, my friend, who is allergic to pork noticed this before eating her bagel.
I don’t think I’ve ever bean more annoyed and I’ve never left a review anywhere before. There was 3 people in line including me, I ordered a chai tea large. That’s all. I waited for 20 minutes as people ordered and got their food, waiting for my ONE drink at the counter. Finally after 20 minutes THE SAME PERSON that took my order asked me what I was waiting for ?. After waiting another 5 minutes I got my drink. This is literally on campus, students don’t have time for this. Never been so annoyed.
Great for a quick on campus coffee or snack. The coffee is very similar to Starbucks MUCH quicker than the on-campus busy Starbucks location.
I couldn't find the place, drove around both campuses. Very upset
Ordered the spicy chicken and a cheese hashbrown, but they forgot the hashbrown. Came back to let them know and they said they didn't care. They'll also ignore you for as long as they like

Terrible service. Ordered a sandwich 35 minutes before closing and watched over the course of 20 minutes as they closed up the shop in front of me. They had forgotten my order.
Waited 30+ minutes for a bagel when it was barely busy. Absurd.
Love Einstein Brothers Bagels.....especially sesame seed with cream cheese.???
Super good food & workers are nice, but don’t go here if you’re in a rush lol
