We ate at the new Eatz last night. We have always enjoyed their delicious, creative, authentic cuisine! The atmosphere of the new place is beautiful and comfortable! We will now be regulars!

We've never not loved any Vietnamese we've had but Eatz stood out for its amazing pork dish! The pork was so, so tender and flavorful. The dish was also more than your money's worth in size. I ate the vegetables first so as to save the pork for home, and they were SO fresh. Honestly, even though the pork was to die for, the vegetables were my favorite aspect because I am often disappointed with restaurants that provide only a small portion or less-fresh vegetables. The pork dish came with a vinegar sauce, which I love! The spring roles with peanut butter sauce were amazing too!

Wonderful selection and Pho was delicious. Large portions and great service. Dining outside with my family was very relaxing. Even the homemade lime aid drink was great.

THE BEST PHO EVER!! Tofu was cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious and the space is very cute and welcoming. A must when in Louisville!

DELICIOUS!!!! Small place, great vibes. The broth is to die for. Only about six tables. Soothed us after a day in the hot sun.

I am Vietnamese, immigrated in Canada, living in the US right now and I am only the visitor in Louisville. For the very first time, I found a place selling authentic Vietnamese food like this. It’s not too much at all to say this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in North America. For many reasons:1. The flavor is exactly the right one. The food here are so good. Very authentic.???2. I like the menu here. They don’t have lots of options for you to choose, only a few but I believe that’s how it should be. I used to wonder and don’t understand why other Vietnamese restaurants have so many things on their menus. If anyone knows well about Vietnamese foods, they will know that the ways to prepare different broths for different soups are different. Plus to have a good broth, it takes so much time to prepare too. Therefore, if you sells to many different kinds of Vietnamese soups and noodles on the menu, I am doubt about the quality of your broth. Here at this restaurant, they only have 2 options for Pho and Hu Tiu. Therefore just by looking at the menu, I know it must be so good and it’s true. I had Hu Tiu today. OH my goodness, it’s just sooooo good. Unfortunately I forgot to take its photo. My daughter had Banh My and she took this photo. It tasted so good too. 3. Nice place. The restaurant’s decorations are very nice. Another plus point for nice food presentation too. ?4. Price: aha, very cheap. At least I just compare it with other Vietnamese restaurants in Louisville here. ?5. Outstanding service. They are very attentive and friendly ?I rarely give any comments or reviews here but this place is so good that I want everyone who plans to visit Louisville know about this place. And I hope this review will be helpful for you.

I’ve been getting carry out from Eatz on a weekly basis for like a month and a half now. I can’t get enough! I can honestly say that I’ve never had anything that was less than exceptional. The staff are always friendly/efficient, their pho is the best I’ve had in Louisville, Spring rolls are *chefs kiss*, combo rice is ?. 10/10 recommend trying this place out!

Ordered the Banh Mi on a whim because I haven't been able to find a vietnamese restaurant that serves it since I moved from Seattle to Cleveland years ago. Eatz did not disappoint! Best sandwich I've had in a long time. Husband ordered a vermicelli bowl and confirmed that was amazing as well. We will definitely be returning customers for the duration of our stay in Louisville.

This is the best place I’ve eaten in a while. The service was amazing and literally everything tasted SO GOOD. My table ordered egg rolls, fried tofu, and chicken fried rice, and I tried all of them along with my bahn mi with grilled pork. Every bite had me singing. I can’t wait to come back.

Where to start… the food is phenomenal. Hands down the best Pho in Louisville and it isn’t even close. The chef doesn’t skimp out on ingredient or quality. The side dishes are exceptionally done - from the crispy tofu to the exotic Crispy Chicken skin to the grilled pork Banh Mi. Everything is perfect. Even my parents, who are picky eaters, request to come back and savor the food anew. So happy to have this addition to our city.
