Save your time and money by avoiding this place Got to drive thru at 10:38 was told to pull to the front Brought our drinks out one at a time then gave me a vanilla bean half filled but then brought out a large vanilla bean so they lied about being out of it? and still didn’t bring our food waited for 30 mins no food had to knock on the door because they locked the lobby and no one would come then she finally came and waited another 15 for our food and still forgot one of our bagelsWhile all this is happening others in the drive thru is getting food0/10Want a refund
The award for most disgusting breakfast sandwich goes to Duncan Doughnuts. I took one bite. Never again. It's like eating plastic. Good coffee though.
Went in to order food but had to use the restroom first. Walked into the restroom and there was already someone in there using it. Door was not locked. Waited for the restroom and asked one of the workers there if that was their co worker. Their response was it was the owner. I was dumbfounded. While he exited the restroom I heard not water nor the hand dryer going off. I'm disgusted.... Tried leaving the lobby and someone had locked the door on me... I let myself out. Not ordering from here ever if that's how they're handling food.....?♂️?♂️
How can you not get a hot sandwich?!!!! Y'all have been saying that for 4 months now! Y'all are ridiculous! I haven't been able to get a breakfast sandwich for at least that long or longer! I'll never be back again ?‼️ Atleast you can get what you want at Starbucks!!
Why is the main lobby closed? Not to mention there are no signs stating this? Kids like to go in and see the donuts to pick them out. Disappointed as other d&d lobbys are open? Had to use the drive thru instead... Guess we will be going to a different one in the future.
they’ve been good but lately they have been slacking..mobile orders are always easy and quick. until couple days ago they couldn’t make any lattes or espresso shots and apparently their “food line” is down. ?? told them to give me a refund and they might wanna change what they have/ don’t have on their mobile app.. the lady didn’t even say sorry anything just had an attitude and told me to do the refund through their customer service center .. count ur days dunkin.
I stopped by this location after work because I really needed a cup of coffee after a long, busy day. It was 5:40 pm, 20 minutes before close. I pulled up to the drive-thru. There was an employee just walking in the parking lot that came close to the drive-thru. So, because I didn't see barely any cars in the parking lot, I asked if they were still open. He said "we close in 20 minutes and it takes a long time." I asked if I could still order and he asked what I wanted. I said coffee. He said he couldn't do any of the specialty drinks. I didn't want to waste my money on ordering brewed coffee that was probably old considering the service here, so I drove off still in search of coffee. Apparently you can't order anything with 20 minutes until close because "it takes a long time." ???I can't even. It's not like I came at 5:55.
I visited this place a couple times and both times they got my order wrong. Not to mention the wait was extremely long. Definitely do not recommend. Find another donut place.
Ordered breakfast through Doordash. First order came without any drinks, so we had to get drinks redelivered. Rather than make fresh drinks, they sent out the drinks that were left the first time so coffee was cold when it finally arrived. Also, both sandwiches were wrong. No bacon on either one, and wrong cheese on both. Called store to find out that they were out of bacon, but made the sandwiches anyway without informing Doordash or the customer. While on the phone with the store, heard an employee say, "If they're complaining, why do they keep ordering?"Safe to say, we just got refunded and went somewhere else. Incomplete, wrong order, AND terrible customer service. Would not recommend based on this experience. Hopefully just a bad shift.
This is my favorite Dunkin location! I'm always impressed with the service I receive from this crew. No matter how busy they are, I'm always greeted with a smile and my order is always spot on! This location is near my work, so I am a frequent flyer!
