I placed a large order through door dash, and everything was perfect! Food was exactly as ordered, and delicious!

Stood at the register while 4 employees took care of the drive through for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged even though they looked at me so I know they knew were there. I had to speak up and ask if they were taking orders in the lobby. It then was a few mor e minutes before someone came to take my order. It was well over 10 minutes before I got a single coffee.
Extremely rude employees including the manager and this isn't from one experience. Every time and almost every day I go there because of the convenience on my route but no longer. A lot of people order online for pick up because like myself I don't have 20 min to wait in line because service is so slow. You don't know if the doors will be locked or not so multiple times I have had to skip my drink with no refund and they clearly don't care about your experience and for most people that go through in the morning this is our first interaction with someone for the day.
My daily Dunkin’ is one of my favorite things period. The ladies there are an absolute delight. Often, they actually make my day… very often. I work third shift (nobody’s favorite). The moment I get away I stop to see my ladies and get THE MOST AMAZING ICED COFFEE around!!!
We literally were in the drivethru at the very least 35 minutes. I understand places are having a hard time finding help but when you go inside while your car is in the drive thru and watch how slow and lumbering and so disconnected they are it's no wonder. The donuts were old and crusty even.
They are pretty good other than the occasional getting the wrong donuts you’ve ordered.
The best customer service I've ever received from anywhere is this dunkin donuts. I can't say this enough, and I can't tell enough people how amazing the staff here is. I go here every morning/afternoon through the week while I'm at work and the customer service given to me has been nothing but perfect. I've only been through the drive through but the way these ladies work I'm sure it's clean. Drive thru is always fast and easy to order. The worker always repeats the order back to me and my food is always great. The only down fall I can think of is the hashbrowns are soft. I like crunchy hashbrowns, some may like them soggy but I think it's the grease because it also has a odd taste. The coffee is great. I've finally bought dunkin donut ground coffee for my the weekends when I'm not near this dunkin donuts. Also they offer breakfast all day.
Pathetic is a understatement, I've been in the line for 27mins already waiting for my pre-ordered coffee. Very rarely have I had a decent experience here.
I ordered a large matcha tea from dunkin with no ice and they gave me the drink in a large cup but it was a medium amount of tea . I went in and asked why it wasn’t filled all the way and they said it’s bc there’s no ice . But it was a while size down and just because I get no ice I can’t get it filled all the way when I paid for it? They employees were super rude as well
