I love Duncan but I came up to Louisville from Fl. The Louisville Ky Duncan stores do not make enough blueberry muffins!!! So disappointed. Had to drive way out of my way just to be told “we are out”

Service at 10am: ordered 4 donuts. 1 powdered, 2 strawberry frosting w/ sprinkles and 1 glazed. Out of powdered donuts. Ordered old fashioned. Now they're out of strawberry. Ultimately just left. So frustrating drove 8 min off the interstate to come here. Won't do that again.
Terrible service. So slow and I have to repeat myself 3x every time I go. I wish there was another Dunkin around Middletown so I could avoid this one.
I bought 6 donuts and one was bitten and full of slime, my daughter noticed. How disgusting and how bad that people are so dishonest. I believe that the least one deserves as a buyer is to be well attended?
The Food wasn’t it, my sandwich was super cold— the eggs were watery and partially frozen, the cheese wasn’t melted. I also ordered a coffee with oatmilk and didn’t get that. They were also out of chocolate croissants and that sucked the most.My other drink was fine.
Ordered 2 frappe's, the decaf frappe was burnt tasting and they both were more of ice coffee then frappe's They weren't friendly and I kept having to repeat myself several times.
Always fresh donuts and great drinks. Occasionally they are out of a flavor of donut that’s to be expected with the amount of flavors they have.The staff is usually friendly especially Alexa (or Alexis) she is always super friendly and outgoing.How many recommend stopping in for breakfast or snack.
I would give this place 0 stars. This Dunkin’ location is the reason I started just to pay more for Starbucks. They are constantly rude when taking an order and never get it correct. When you try to let them know your order is wrong they personally get offended and are mean to you. Our drinks were the wrong flavor but they shut the window in your face before you can say anything half the time. It’s always a stressful experience.
not my main dunkin, but every time i go they are very nice and super fast. they didnt have the keychain and said i could get my money back in the morning when the manager is there but im not worried about it? theyre always very nice even when theyre busy, ive been at several different times of day
