Ordered 3 donuts and a 10 count of munchkins. They just threw the 10 donut holes down in the bag…what happened to the small containers for the munchkins? No one wants to receive their order like this.Glazed donut tasted like dirty dish water.Donut holes tasted like southern style corn bread. So confused. Will not be back.
Whoever took my drive thru order this morning around 10:20 was unnecessarily rude. They spoke over me explaining to me like I was stupid when I hadn't even had the chance to say anything. As someone who has been in the service industry my entire career, I couldn't imagine treating anyone like like that. The person who actually gave me my items was quite sweet, but I didn't catch her name.
It depends who is there, some days are great and all orders are correct, some days they aren't so great and orders get all messed up. Today I wanted a hot coffee mocha with cream and sugar. I had to wait for a new pot to brew (why they didn't have one IDK) and never got the mocha part in the coffee. If I pay for a mocha, it should have SOME chocolate in it. Either that or they are getting cheap.
I've been to this location a couple of times and it's been ok. I'm never super impressed by DD'S customer service, so I always go in with little expectations, but this location is fine. They get my order right and the coffee's always delicious. They could use some customer service training but that's could be useful at all locations.
The worst customer service ever. Ordered what we needed and when we pulled up to the window, they did not have the type of donuts we ordered and randomly put some other donuts in the bag and when we asked about it they would not change it since we already paid. We ordered a couple of orders of egg bites with veggies and they put egg bites with bacon in our bag. When asked to change it they would not. Even though they messed up their order, the gentleman said I can’t do anything about it since we had already paid. The worst customer service and very rude people.
Great Mediterranean styled restaurant in the once small town of Venice, FL. The food and wine selections should satisfy most diners. The only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 was the relatively slow service and the size of the crowd in or near the restaurant, both the result of short staffing and the sheer numbers of people flocking to that area of Florida. A good restaurant to visit but not in February.
I LOVE Dunkin' Donuts, but at this location I always get the feeling that I'm bothering them by .. just being there
Their customer service is what is bringing down this Dunkin’. Everyone I’ve ever spoken with has told me the same thing, the workers have 0 to little training and they can care less about customer satisfaction. The only reason this is a 2 star and not a 1 star is because when they do get the order correct , it tastes great.
Coffee was so strong and bitter to taste, couldn’t stomach the rest (ordered the original blend with no added expresso). Ten minutes later I feel like I’m having a bad trip, and had to chug some water and lie down. Felt like attempted murder.
Love Dunkin Donuts. Stopped for two Jelly Donuts. They were good but the sugar on the outside almost tasted like artificial sweetener. I'm sure it wasn't but my friend also commented on it.
