I ordered takeout from here last night. When I called to place an order I specifically asked if the dish I was ordering (bourbon chicken and plain lo mein noodles) contained shellfish. The woman, who spoke perfect English, said no. I asked if she was sure and asked about the sauces specifically. She assured me NO. When I got home, I took two bites and could immediately tell that something was wrong. Numb tongue and lips, itchy throat. I stopped eating of course and called them back. I got a different woman on the phone who again, spoke perfect English. I simply just asked, “does your bourbon chicken and plain lo mein noodles contain shellfish of any kind?”… she told me she was going to ask the cooks and then put me on hold. She picked the phone back up and said she didn’t think so. I explained to her that I just ordered and picked up my food, was assured it was shellfish free and told her I ate some and felt like I was having an allergic reaction. She put me on hold again and after another small wait, picked up the phone and said, “yes, the cook did use oyster sauce in your noodles.” No apology, no offer to refund my money, nothing. She then hung up and I had to throw a 13 dollar meal straight in the garbage. Had to take a Benadryl and spent the entire night itching profusely. Thank god my shellfish allergy isn’t more severe. I’m writing this just to warn people….. if you have an allergy, do NOT eat here. I won’t trust it ever again.
We order from this place quite a bit, and we love it! The sushi always tastes fresh. The egg drop soup is probably the best in town.
I've been ordering from this place for almost 3 years and only had one issue once with a very rude delivery driver who we never saw again after we told them. I'm a regular and they go out of their way if a simple mistake is made, you just have to let them know. I love the food and prices.
Food was decent for quick Chinese, but flavors were bland. If you need more flavor, There is a good place near Walmart.
The general tso’s tofu was watered down but I didn’t find it worth complaining about until I bit into a piece and found gelatinous material cooked inside of it?? I don’t know what it could possibly be but it’s freaking me out a bit. Not sure what’s inside of the gelatinous encasing either but it wasn’t tofu.
Ordered thru Doordash on 11/26/2021 and found this in my Hibachi chicken. Metal shaving of some sort. Wont order from this location again !!!!!!!Update 11/26/2021After digging around in the container I found ANOTHER piece of metal !! Completely unbelievable PLEASE RECONSIDER BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE !!!!
Placed the order online. They called to verify it. Still was wrong. Paid the extra for fried rice, got white. Asked for no mushrooms got mushrooms. Asked for delivery, they said no delivery. This after I gave a $10 tip for delivery. I will never go back there again.
$50 in takeout just went in the trash. Why is the shrimp pad thai bright red and both overly spicy and flavorless? And why does the fried rice smell of wet oats. First and last trip.
First time I have EVER in 5 years had a problem. They put my sushi in the bag with my hot food. Yuck!
Good food and fast.
