Food was consistently delicious as always. Short rib pho was fall off the bone tender, vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the broth....oh the broth. It's absolutely flavourful! We came about a 1/2hr before closing and never felt rushed. Tip: if you have 2 people in your party that are not big eaters, one bowl of the short rib pho can easily be split. The "Dino" bone is huge.
The food was great, and the staff was very friendly. The pho was one of the better ones I've had at the many places I've visited. You can make it as spicy as you want with the provided in house sauce. The egg rolls and spring roll were worth getting, and would order again as a good appetizer.

The menu is full of Great Gluten-free choices! Service was great and the atmosphere was comfortable. Can't wait to try something else on the menu on my next visit!
Stunning place, great service. Phenomenal Pho (short rib, steaming hot, deeply flavorful) and cocktail (Vietnam Mash, a bourbon cocktail masterpiece) Parking on Shelbyville Road tricky. Will definitely be back. Awesome experience!
