Chose this place for the decor. Warm tones, cozy, relaxing. That's as good as it got. Cappuccino was horrible. How do you get steamed milk to be cold? They did. How do you have the most p.o.'d barista make you feel unwelcome when you ask a simple question? He did. Outside of the beautiful black and white photos on the walls and comfortable lounge chairs, it was a big disappointment.
Very spacious and lovely area first area for seating. The servers were very cordial and helpful.. I love that there's an option to have an esspresso served in a demitasse cup. It gives me the Feeling that I'm allowed to linger with my book that's my book while drinking my coffee. Styrofoam or paper cups can feel rather banal at times. And their espresso's are amazing quality! Super delicious! ?
It's an okay place to hang out but I think the coffee has become a premium that doesn't feel worth it anymore. I've paid less for more and I just can't get over how quickly the quality seems to have dropped.

Still a great place for great coffee! I don't always get to this area due to living on the south end of Louisville, but when I do, they never disappoint. Great coffee and great munchies in an awesome atmosphere.
Rude Staff.I am visiting Louisville and walked in for a coffee. I was standing near the couches looking around at all the signs for what I wanted to order. I was then yelled at by someone behind the counter that I needed to get in line and that the line started around the ropes. I said I was just looking around as I've never been here before. He then repeatedly yelled that the line started back there. I was very off put by his rudeness, so needless to say I walked out without purchasing a drink. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
This has a great reputation for having a nice atmosphere and somewhere to chill out with friends while starting your day off early in the morning. It has some of the most amazing people I have ever met in one place. And the coffee is very good with a reasonable price.
I absolutely love this coffee shop. I always order the cafe mocha which is amazing and the staff are always helpful and friendly.
Absolutely LOVE Day’s coffee! No comparison in Louisville. If you are anywhere close, get their brew!
Love the vibes/atmosphere in here. I can 100% see myself coming here for my morning coffee before work or studying after school. Currently curled up in a booth by the window, reading my book, will probably stay here a couple of hours. Lots of cool artwork and the baristas were more than happy to give me drink recommendations!
