Food was good as expected. There was an issue with lids, straws, and ketchup. There was only kids for large cups, and it was not refilled during the thirty minutes I was there. Ketchup dispenser was not assembled, and it took employees at least 20 minutes to get the issue corrected. Straws were low in stock, and had not been replenished even though several guests requested that it was looked into along with the other items.This is abnormal for this location, but worth mentioning.
I do enjoy Culver’s for a fast food snack. I love their pretzel ? bites, cheese ? curds, soups ? , mashed potatoes and custard ? . They have brown and white gravy for the mashed potatoes ?. The soups I’ve enjoyed = 1. Stuffed green pepper 2. potato ? bacon soup 3. tomato ? Florentine 4. Wild rice ? with chicken 5. George’s Chili 6. George’s Chili Supreme 7. Vegetable Beef. I have also tried these custards = Turtle & Georgia Peach ? . I also enjoy a side steamed broccoli ? & veggie burger ? ❤️
Great service, I recommend online ordering though. The line looked very long and the customers did not look particularly happy about it. Locally, any fast food place over the weekend will have an appalling line. Order online, trust me. Also, great food. Delicious and worth the money. Great value for money.
Always enjoy Culver's food and the service is always good. The workers are friendly and efficient. If they're busy in the drive-thru, you will have to pull up and wait for a little bit, but the food is always hot and fresh! Good place to go.

Of fast food I feel Culver's provides one of the best burgers (based on availability in my area, I don't have any of the "known" good burger places near me). If you've never been, it usually takes a little longer to get your order but it's not terrible.If you can have dairy (I cannot) their custard is pretty good (god I miss it)....
From the time we placed our order to getting our ice-cream, we maybe were in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. We all got the oreo concrete mixers and they were so delicious. Staff was so friendly and kind. This is now our favorite spot to get a cold treat!
Considering the staff issues almost every restaurant is experiencing, I was very happy with how quickly they got our food to our table. Good burgers and crinkle cut fries. Get a double cheese/hamburger, a single is kind of thin.
Service was good. Food was good. I need rings were hot and fresh which was great. Chocolate milkshake was nice and thick. Took a little while to get the food, but all the food was freshly made which was good. So I didn't mind waiting.
Culver's is usually on point and very satisfying there food is amazing, but this post ain't about that. Today 11/13/21 I went through the drive-thru and the young lady working the window sounded so depressed it was hard to focus on what I was ordering, and she wasn't in a helping mood at all. Then the young lady who brought me my food seemed angry or depressed herself. Not a very good visit today the image they gave off was depressing, dark, and uninviting. Still my food was good tasted like the chef was happy!
