Went here for breakfast on a weekday. Atmosphere was bright, but relaxed and cozy; staff were attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, beautifully presented. Great fusion twists on some classic breakfasts - the Tres Leches Pancakes were excellent and not too sweet. The Dulce Leche French Toast was on the sweeter side but was well balanced by the fruit. The coffee (taken black) was perfect - hot, fresh, and strong but not too bitter or with wild flavors.
So many flavors in my sandwich - it was so good. There's a reason why there's a wait to eat here, and they do have takeout and online ordering. Every neighborhood has their spot for brunch and Clifton's and Crescent Hill's spot is Con Huevos. Reasonable prices, a huge menu, and just very tasty food makes this a must visit. You will not be disappointed!
Place always packed during breakfast. This is on one of our Must to Visit list whenever we are in Louisville.Their dulce d leche french toast is from out of this word!!
First time at Con Huevos and we asked what we should order. Tres leches pancakes and huevos rancheros is what they said they were famous for. We ordered and also added the Omni-vore breakfast sandwich. We aren’t big huevos rancheros fans but this dish was excellent and we both agreed it was something we’d order again. The tres leches pancakes were delicious. Sweet but not overly sweet and the Omni-vore sandwich was on a delicious brioche bun. The hint of jalapeño aioli gave it just a touch of heat. Pleasant service, really good food and a fun but simple environment made this a definite recommendation for others
I wanted to start the day off right with a big breakfast because I knew I might not be able to have lunch. I went with the enchiladas con huevo and a side of bacon, chilequiles, and oj. It was a little on the pricey side but with the food tasting great I can't complain.
I ordered the Breakfast Tacos and they were delicious! The flavor, chorizo, and sauces were really good. I’ve also had their Cuban coffee on a separate occasion and would totally get it again! If you’re willing to spend a little more for a really tasty breakfast, would highly recommend!
The food was delicious and the Cuban coffee was perfect. They were really friendly and the outdoor seating was great. We will definitely be back.

They have good food options, the staff is very nice. The desserts are very delicious. The place is very crowded, and it is difficult to hear or speak as it is always crowded. But it is nice. Isn’t expensive at all!!! ❤️
