I love their ice cream and their service but as another customer pointed out to me there was what looked like a infestation. I know this is new and one of the employees said they were fixing it they were fixing it but for recent times be weary. Thank for the great ice cream!
This is my THIRD TIME I’ve had to leave this location because they didn’t have simple CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM. I don’t understand why they don’t have back up chocolate, this is the only location I go to and I don’t come here often, but almost every time I come now they don’t have chocolate ice cream and it’s just really sad after you wait in a giant line to be told there’s no chocolate ice cream…AGAIN. Please fix this location.
We ordered a Birthday cake on Saturday to be picked up on Sunday at 7:00. We ordered it online and paid for it all in the same transaction. I drive 40 minutes to pick it up on Sunday and they don't have it and they can't give me a refund because the manager wasn't in. I've been calling ever since and no one picks up the phone. Now I have to drive back out there and hope a manager is in. You would think after paying $50.66 for the cake, they could at least get it right!!!
Dear manager/owner please hire someone to supervise the teenagers you have working. It’s a complete mess in there. This was our go-to place (we love the ice-cream) but now I will choose another location. The line is out the door because out of three, one employee was actually taking orders. Two were walking around trying to cut the brownie with a plastic knife and then the other found the knife in the sink, but ended up dropping the brownie on the back counter and then putting it in my ice-cream. One was repeatedly asking the others to help with orders. They aren’t cleaning up or wearing gloves. My founder’s favorite ended up with someone’s leftover sprinkles. They are playing around, making jokes and I get it, they’re kids! I’m more disappointed by whoever owns/manages this location. But as long as the customers keep coming and the line continues out of the door, it probably doesn’t matter to them. I read the other reviews which pretty much echo everything I have experienced the last few times we have visited… always different employees, all teenagers, same issues. It’s not one bad experience, this is ongoing. But there are customers that are still coming in and waiting for this poor service so this will probably continue. This was probably my last visit.
This location needs managers present BADLY! Me and my cousin came in around 8pm on Sunday 3 teenage girls were working they all looked very confused at what to do they were saying they ran out of milk, and most of the ice cream flavors. They weren’t wearing gloves and not cleaning the ice cream prepping station. I had sprinkles all in my ice cream from the person before me. Not clean. The line was to the door at 10 plus people in line they need to have managment. Someone being a team leader would improve this location. I have been to a location in Chattanooga Tennessee and it was superb! This location needs major improvement.
We have been twice to this location and both experiences were extremely poor. The employees had terrible customer service. They didn't wipe down the prep service between ice creams, weren't wearing gloves, made an ice cream put it aside and then said they lost it (another Employee gave it to another customer), and filled one cup only halfway and gave it to us. We asked why it wasn't filled and they said "we ran out of that flavor". Didn't bother to say they ran out or offer a new flavor just gave us a half filled cup. They also didn't mix the ingredients well. We had a $40 bill and I regret paying it. We didn't get the ice creams we wanted, half filled cup, multiple flavors in one cup because they weren't cleaning the work surface, and they took 40 minutes so the ice cream was all melted.
I’ve not been here in a while so, I decided to pick up some of my fav ice cream. Once I got there the two girls working that day were very unprofessional, tasting a smoothie that they fix for them, when it was our turn one of the girls asked the other do you want to take care of them because I’m done” and she said no you do it. She got our ice cream and forgot my husbands order we have to tell her that my husband who was standing next to me hasn’t order yet. The place was not like it use to be, it was dirty the tables all push to the side in a pile…. Overall a bad experience and for the price of this ice cream you expect a better service!!
Disappointing. Staff of kids, inattentive, distracted by their phones and socializing. One drinking a smoothie and licking her fingers between serving. Tables and floors dirty.
Nice enough service. The place was filthy. Considered not even eating it. An ice cream place that wasn't busy at all should never be this messy.
So we ordered 4 large shakes and a small cup. All 4 of the shakes were small and the small cup was a sample size cup. Tried calling and no one picked up even though there was 5 employees on the clock and no customers there. Terrible service, terrible attitudes. If I could give a 0 star review I would.
