1st time at this location, and we will be back. Kids had a great time. And I have to say I even got a moment of piece and quiet, even with them hopping from one game to another.
Same ole place as when we were kids. Cheap prizes that will be broken before the kids get to the parking lot. Lots of music and games. The token and ticket system is different. Now you have the choice of buying a card that allows you minutes or tokens. Small salad bar. Grandson always has a ball. Hours were different than on Google and their site. Website said 12 midnight but they closed at 9pm.
went to my niece 1yr birthday party. The guy at the counter Shandan at the counter. Had NO people skills! My family got nothing but attitude from this guy. He over charged my sister an refused to correct it. I don't know were you got him from, you need to fix him!
Great place to let your kid burn off some energy and stay cool at the same time. I'd give five stars if it weren't such an expensive experience.
Went there Friday on July 8th 2022, employees are rude (whenever they would come out from the back), waited 15 mins to place an order for cotton candy, I didn't catch his name but the little small and skinny black manager feller was talking trash about a customer when he was taking my order. Don't know how this place is still in business
About as good as it gets with chuck e cheese. Clean place with decent pizza. Kids had fun playing games as it goes.
Fun place for kids. It feels safe because of the way kids and adults are checked in and out at the door. Good salad bar and pretty good pizza, too!
Best it’s ever been for a birthday part
Awesome time! Intelligent ticket/pricing system. A couple of games didn't work and the kids being there an hour would've liked tp have seen chuckee.
I moved my 6:00 party to 7:00 and showed up and they had moved the party to 8 when they closed at 9 so we weren’t able to do the party at all. My child was crushed. The person at the front desk was not helpful at all and very rude. She claimed to call the manager and said we could either do the party at 8 and pay for the whole thing or we could just sit at a booth and pay for everything separately. No one was helpful and my child’s party was ruined. We come here at least three times a month and will not be back. There were 5 empty party tables and they wouldn’t let us use one. So much for being kid friendly.
