Food is always hot and delicious.
Food is good. But the last two times I’ve ordered for delivery the order was not correct. They would not send it out. Had to reorder through Grub Hub. Simply put a dispute on my card. How do you forget the complete entree but sent the sides. Last time they forgot the sides.
I have been eating here for over two years and something changed within the past few months. This used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants around. The food quality has gone down. Chicken was dry (imagine left sitting out dry), and rice tasted like the restaurant smelled. Texture of the food had changed as well. Last time, which was a month ago, I went they misunderstood what I said over the phone and fought against me when i requested the proper meal. They had dogs inside of there as well. I just went in there today and now it smells like a dog pound.
My entire family got food poisoning from this place on Dec 17th! We are all still sick! I just hope we’re feeling better by Christmas. If you’ve ever had food poisoning and know what it entails, stay away
Would leave 0 stars if I could. EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY! I did a Doordash pickup at this location and had the customer not already paid, I would've called them right then and there! Who makes their customer wait several minutes before they even make their way up front. Then greet you with "What you want?". I told her customer's name and she tossed the food on the table and walked away! No thank you, bye, screw you...NOTHING! Literally tossed the food on the counter and walked away. The store itself is dirty and dusty. Had I wondered in for the 1st time for food for myself, I would've walked right back out! Steer clear of this place for many reasons!
Good is great, they are a little rude I guess because of the language barrier, if I don't understand you I'm going to ask you to repeat.

I used to love the food here but since it changed hands last year it’s gone way down hill. It’s not clean and the food just isn’t very good. I’ve tried it 3 times now because I live nearby and there isn’t another Chinese place close but won’t waste my money again.
