Our waitress, Bianca, was amazing. WeEnjoyed a late lunch and her service was fantastic. The food was generously portioned,Hot and very good. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere comfortable.
The food was good, affordable, and our waitress was amazing! She kept our drinks full and even brought us to go drinks without having to ask. They also had table games you could pay to play.
I love their chips and salsa are delicious. The chips are thin, crispy with salt and the salsa is a little bit spicy but very tasty. I had the mango grilled chicken and rice and it was pretty good
Good service, solid food. I had the tropical salad with shrimp and it had so many shrimp I couldn't eat them all! A pleasant surprise from a chain place. My only complaint is I don't like the touch screen thing feels like it distances the customer from the staff.

This location is one I use to visit often. Even during the pandemic, curb side pickup. My last three visit, turn me from a loyal satisfied customer, into I WILL NEVER RETURN CUSTOMER... The food WAS NOT to Chili's standards, and employee and managers do NOT care. Really sad
Ordered food with Door Dash and it looked as if it was cooked in old grease. The fries were soggy, the chicken was not cooked all the way, the skin was still raw and prices of chicken were pink and still bleeding.
We had food delivered from this location and they failed to deliver our son’s entire meal. We called the location asking about the issue and the manager gave us an attitude because they forgot our food. It was a very unpleasant surprise that the manager was upset at us for their mistakes.We asked the manager what options we had to get the food to us and the only option was to pick it up. That solution was unacceptable because we paid for delivery and Chili’s made the mistake.With no other choice we drove to pick up the food from the location. The manager, who is seemingly a miserable person and worker, never said sorry or offered at least a gift card. A gift card would be the logical resolution due to us paying for delivery and Chili’s failing to simply take an order correctly. Which caused us to drive and pick up the food anyway.I would highly recommend spending money elsewhere. The manager has a horrible attitude and whoever decided to hire her for the position should be evaluated for their very poor decisions.Please shop elsewhere.
Bartender could work on her customer service skills. I understand we all have bad days but you don't want that to reflect when working in the hospitality industry.
