Curbside is a joke, and watch out for that one ol lady. Definitely do not wanna come across her the wrong way. ... somebody needs a Lil bit more fiber in her diet???
Half of the food was brought out cold. The server sat the fajitas which were very hot in front of the 2 year old. Not a great experience overall. My quesadilla explosion salad was delicious.
Great customer service! But the food was very bad, I was not expecting to be so dissapointed.
Food & drinks tasted fine. Service was only mediocre. They said they were out of the liquor for our mixed drink but then they found some a few minutes later. Server forgot napkins although we specifically requested them. On a positive note, service was quick & friendly.
An experience that could only be described as Magical. One of my colleagues thoroughly enjoyed the potato soup and our other guest enjoyed a healthy chicken bowl. As for me, my burger was top-notch. I only subtracted 1 star because our server wasn't wearing a belt.
Eh. It was busy and short staffed, which I don't mind. The appetizer was cool when we got it. We waited a while for my food, which came out later than the rest of the food. The food tasted pretty good. Our bill was high, and I had to wait a long time for a to-go box. I probably won't be back bc my bill was almost $100, but the food nor service wasn't that remarkable. I wouldn't be surprised if this place closed down soon.
Love their coupons and food is good. The best thing on the menu is the nachos appetizer. I get chicken. They serve the nachos on individual chips instead of all together. This is like getting the nachos on each chip. They are scrumptious and filling!
We were so excited to find a Chili’s close to us. However upon visiting we could not have been more disappointed. #1. Dirty tables were only cleaned when guest arrived and a seat was needed. #2. The waiter took our order THREE times, blaming their tablet, and still got our order wrong. #3. Our chips/salsa appetizer was never brought out even though it was on our receipt. #4. Our black bean and veggie fajitas were nothing more than a burnt black bean patty and onions with three (3 - yes, I counted them) small strips of green pepper. #5. Our Caribbean Salad (with no meat) was rang up as a house salad. #6. We could have rectified these issues if we had seen our server again, but after dropping our food they disappeared - likely because they knew it was a cluster-mess and didn’t want to deal with correcting their f-ups. Reluctantly, after waiting an extra 20 minutes on our server, we “split the bill” to pay for our drinks and left. It should be noted this was at 2pm (after lunch rush) with MAYBE 6 customers in the entire restaurant. It should go without saying, we won’t be back.
With great sadness, I will NEVER eat here again. My husband and I went out for the first time since having our baby. Our child is only a month old. Anyways!!! I got the mix & match fajitas... Worst mistake EVER.. I had covid back in October and still never received my taste or smell back. So, I take a gamble every single time I eat out. I got the steak & shrimp. That night, I was so sick. I went to urgent care. Come to find out, I had food poisoning. The symptoms I had vibrio. From eating raw or uncooked shellfish. Needless to say I will never be back here. ?
We went there to eat dinner for Valentines day. Wanted 2 get 2 for $25 meal. To only find out that the reason we stopped for dinner is that they removed their 1/3 slab of ribs was no longer a choice anymore! We were both disappointed in that. Wish they would bring them back.
