I am a huge Chili’s fan, and have literally been to dozens of Chili’s in my life. This location is one of the best, and certainly the best in Louisville. Jacob, one of the servers, goes above and beyond in providing excellent service. The food is great and comes quickly. Low wait times. Highly recommend!
We decided to go to a different Chili's Grill & Bar. We got the correct food this time. The steaks were not over cooked, but unfortunately they were understaffed and it took quite a while for us to get our margaritas and even longer to get our food. Very glad the food was yummy, but slow to arrive. We were so hungry and had to wait. We were forced to use a high top table which we didn't like, even when asking for a regular table. Half the restuarant was empty on a Saturday night.
Excellent size meals, variety and outstanding customer service ?
Overall, how the staff looked when I walked into the restaurant, determined the service and quality of the presentation of food that was received. The Chili was old and appeared scraped from the bottom of the pot. Wait time for orders is a little bit long. The waitress did her job , checked on the table and checked me out- but never returned with my receipt.The restaurant is clean.
Meadow was our server, (and it looked like the only server in the place) and she was awesome! Her table before us walked out without paying, but she still had a good attitude towards our table and new tables coming in. She was super sweet and accommodating. Give that girl a raise!
I was unaware of the fact that they've got rid of the meal for two. Now it's called three for me. Which now includes your drink your appetizer and your meal. What they replace the appetizers with are not good! My free option with my meal was a Caesar salad, chip and salsa and one other item that I can remember but I do know it wasn't the Texas cheese fries lol. Any other appetizer that I might have wanted that was listed on the menu under the three for me would cost between two to five extra dollars and the price of your meal actual depending upon what you ordered as your entree.
Chili's has definitely NOT fallen off when it comes to good food.Their portions are great and their food is still delicious..Had a party of 9 there recently and it was great. They were short staff but the manager let us know and was very friendly so it was fine
Placed an order last night via Doordash. Food arrived and noticed we had items missing. We did not receive an extra side that we had ordered (corn) and another side was missing an ingredient(chili). Missing items happen sometimes but the quality of our burgers is the reason for this review. They were burnt and the edges of the burger were frayed and crunchy. Then I took a bite of my crunchy burger and immediately pulled out a hair from my mouth of food that was still attached to the crunchy burger not fully chewed up. Meal was over for me right there. I will NOT be getting any more meals from this establishment.
Asiyah greeted me at the door, served my food, and bartended my drink. She was attentive, super sweet, and made my experience the best I’ve ever had at a Chili’s I wish I could have service like hers everywhere I went. Chili’s is lucky to have her!
The food was great and our server was even better. Even with having to wait a little longer we were pleased with our experience. Take the time to thank your waitress/server because they are doing great with the limited staff they have.
