I am APPALLED and ENRAGED that you would have me .. a pregnant woman standing here waiting to be serviced when no one else is in line. Several people looked at me and saw I was waiting to place my order and exactly 0 people came over to inquire if I was being helped. Nevertheless I walked over to the other side where the bar was to get help. A woman approached me and asked if I needed help and I said yes, I wanted to place a to go order. After I advised her to that I did she disappeared and didn’t return. Several other people asked if I needed help and I let them know a woman was supposed to be assisting me. They said she was probably wrapping to go orders. After a few more minutes I left without being serviced. Absolutely unacceptable. Is this the way your establishment thinks they should treat people?!?!?!!?
Staff argues amongst each other about whos job is whos... takes forever to get a menu... no staff member knows how to smile... seems like it's an awful work environment. Then the menu selection is next to nothing. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

The fact that they were closing at this time of night is fine. The fact that they were serving others and then rudely told me they were closed, not fine! Where is customer service these days?
We were planning on getting dinner here because it was supposed to be open. It was closed.
Food is really good here! Bartenders are great! Margaritas are very pricey, though.
Terrible experience. Refused to make a salad with no cheese. Did not care that I was allergic. I’ve order this salad a dozen times with no issues and suddenly “it’s not possible to make it without cheese”.

What a horrible reflection of Louisville this place is. The most horrible wine selection. Fetzer Chardonnay?! R u kidding? The menu is from the 1990’s. I hate to hear what visitors say about our airport restaurant choice. PLEASE get rid of this place. Louisville is better than this. I only gave it two stars because the bartender was attentive.
