It has been a long time since my last visit to Chili's and I was surprised at the customer service. When I parked and opened my car door I was greeted by a Chili's employee who had my order. I told her that it must be a mistake and I didn't call to say that I had arrived. To my surprise, she gave me my name, order information, description of my car and said that they were waiting for me to arrive. This is the first time that has ever happened to me. Keep up the great customer service ??Also the new "Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich" is huge! It taste ? great - another surprise ? juicy, crunchy and a flavorful sauce.

Short handed with a waitress busting her rear end to do her best to take care of all the customers. Got a nice tip. Kitchen prepared a meal for me that was enjoyable. I would go back.

Our food and server Were great. I do not visit Chili's often, but the experience was great. Came for my Birthday, I did not tell them it was my Birthday, don't care for the potential Happy bday song nor did I need a desert ?.

I ordered fajitas with no green peppers. I even confirmed with our server that she heard no green peppers. When our food was served, guess what, green peppers in my food. She didn't offer to take it back, or replace it, or even give me a discount off the price. She acted like she just didn't care. My wife got chicken quesadiahs and said they were good. It is the servers 1st job is to make sure she listens to what the customer is asking for. If they can't do that, they should find another job, and they don't deserve a tip. I'm usually a very generous tipper, but if they can't remember what you order, even after she wrote it done, that's basic server 101, then they don't deserve a tip. I tipped her $2 + change, and she didn't deserve to get that much.

It's been years since I've been to Chili's...after dinner with my brother at this particular location I was reminded why I never came back. Even though our server Melissa was great, the quality of the food was less than fresh and not at all what I had hoped for. The fries were soggy and drenched in grease, my bacon chicken quesadillas were dry and unbearably salty & the sugar cookie was too sweet that the both of us could only eat 2 spoonfuls of it & no more for fear we'd get diabetes. Maybe I should've ordered something else but I got what I get & if this is supposed to be the best that they can deliver than I'm sorry to say that I'll probably make a pass.

We were seated right away, fantastic service, and the food was well prepared/fresh..just a really good visit. Thank you

Good at lunch was great. Salad and a “half sandwich” (it was a full sandwich!) for 9 bucks. Hard to beat it. We sat at the bar, bartender area was slammed. She was working hard, but they needed someone else to help her out. Took a bit to get our check and get out. That would be the only complaint. But bartender was very polite and apologetic for the wait. I’d go back for sure.

I got the ribs and potatoes, the rest of the Entourage got salads. The service was phenomenal, but my ribs were just a little under sub par. I would recommend the steak at this location seeing that the regulars there were and will continue to order the steak. The ribs had a good texture, just not that great of a taste, but the service and everything besides my ribs were phenomenal.

Just in town for the weekend. Chili's is usually reliable and this was a good take out experience. Fries were cold and soggy as can be, but other than that it was good and was ready to pick up in 20 minutes.

We had A+ service from a dude named Anthony. Came in new years morning thinking we'd start the year off right. Had a great experience 10/10 recommend to a friend.
