Not only is the food great quality and delicious, the service here is beyond amazing. My car died while I was in the parking lot, and the team didn’t hesitate to offer immediate help. Unfortunately I was so overwhelmed that I missed his name, but a very kind and reassuring man offered his own car to jump my battery. Thank you for always offering the best service, even when it’s not your responsibility!!
Horrible ..WRONG ORDER ..HAD TO DRIVE BACK..THEN BUNS WERE BURNT BLACK !! TASTED LIKE BURNT UP FOOD. I ordered 3 sandwiches kale crisp brown rotten dried up kale coke large fries. FRYER OIL PROBABLY 2 WEEKS OLD.. .TERRIBLE FOOD ..FF ARE RAW AND LIMP SOGGY COLD INSIDE. I CALLED ANNA THE MGR. SHE JUST SAYS SORRY ..THATS IT ???? YUCK CHICK FIL A

THE YOUNG GIRL OUT FRONT WAS ILPREPAR FOR HER JOB. SHE ASUREDEY ORDER WOULD BE OK. BUT WHEN I WAS AT THE PICK UP WINDOW IT TOOK THR STAFF 30 MINUTE S TO GET IT RIGHT. ALL WHILE I WAITED AT THE WINDOW IN 95 DEGREE HEAT AND STALLING THE 10 TO 15 CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME.

Nice to see this place again, sad that it's no longer in Jefferson mall, but the place that replaced it::Wow!!!??? $12.99 for a cheeseburger, $7.99 for a milkshake??? No way I'm paying that much....dont remember what the name of the place was that replaced it..

Love how friendly they all are! Food is fresh..service is fast..food is delicious They are always kind! The only thing I would like to see is a little more chicken with by cob salad. When I get it o. The side I feel a little duped. Otherwise outstanding
Great food and staff per usual at Chick-Fil-A. However, drive-thru traffic management is poor, blocking persons wanting to dine-in or leave a parking space. Easier to park across the street and walk over.
