Longest wait I've experienced. They were out of cooked strips and had to wait for order to be cooked. Then they also miscounted the strips in my 4-piece meal.
No matter how long the line at this location is they will always get you served and it is always correct and hot. What else could you expect from chic fil a? Oh and of course its always their pleasure.
I made a last minute emergency catering order for my church today. The order was hot and ready to go in minutes after my arrival.Andrew was so kind!! His friendly face set me at ease.We will definitely return. Thanks a bunch! ??☺️
We went inside to eat dinner just to get out of the house and I definitely regret it. They had 2 female employees taking up the best seats and not that that's what I'm complaining about but it just added to there rudeness. They were on break and completely ruined our dinner. They were talking very loudly laughing giggling ECT at the top of the lungs like they were at the club and didn't have a care about who might be around them or if they were infringing on someone else's night out.
The girl who took the payment for my order payed the rest of it when my card declined :). I didn’t catch her name, but I hope her kindness doesn’t go unnoticed. In other words, great service.
This is worth sharing BECAUSE it’s so out of character. I parked in curbside space number and placed my order. The time was 8:18. Att almost 8:40, still in curbside space #7 having watched at least 30 cars go through the drive through AND people going in to get food and come out, and me still with no food, I went IN THE STORE to inquire about the hold up. They said they didn’t have my order but the app said otherwise. The wait was a travesty. The app was a travesty but most importantly to me here was the dismissal by the manager. I spent $35 and waited over 20 minutes. Knowing the Chick-fil-A culture and ethic… The ENTIRE ORDER should have been comped. That’s good customer service. This manager gave me a coupon for a sandwich…. Are you kidding me. Horrible way to rectify and remedy this situation. Horrible.

Usually all my Chick-fil-A reviews have been 5-star regardless of location. But I had a different experience today and am giving my honest feedback.I used the drive through and specifically asked for a large iced tea and Chick-fil-A sauce for my nuggets and fries. However I received a medium size tea instead and no Chick-fil-A sauce. They kindly replaced my tea and gave me Chick-fil-A sauce when I went back through the drive through. But the fries were very disappointing. Looks as if I got mostly small pieces and crumbs after eating a handful of full size fries. This is the first time I’ve ever received fries like this. Usually they are whole pieces and not the bottom of the batch. I will still come back here but hope it’s a 5-star experience instead of what I got today.
You can count on this Chick-fil-A to give you the consistent experience you expect from them every time. 16 drive-thru workers two lanes. Barely await. Food's pretty regular. Little difficult getting in and out of this one though Bill wraps around the building halfway through a home Depot parking lot and the entrance to a Target so you know these moms be crazy trying to feed these kids and get to Target
Chick-Fil-A almost never disappoints. I’m sure this location is even busier right now with the Glenmary location being closed, but my curbside order was missing the side item. There is not a place on the app for me to get a refund.
