This place was very very busy....all outside lanes were getting orders taken as fast as the outside servers could get to them. We ate inside and eventhough we got served the incorrect food, the server realized his error and brought us our correct order. It was organized chaos and I couldn't help but wonder how they were all able to get orders ordered, food made, and served correctly but they did. The only drawback was the parking lot congestion and getting OUT of the parking lot and back out to the street we needed. Food and shakes were great.
Really nice chick-fil-a! Good food, good service, it was fairly clean, the only slightly unfortunate thing is, the outdoor seating tables only seat 4 at a time, and we had a group of 6, but oh well! I'm not THAT nit-picky.
Great food as to be expected with courteous and patient staff who dealt with difficult customers very politely. Wait time to within reason given the busy lunch rush, and they kept the order line inside and drive through line moving through like any other Chick-fil-A!
Rare bad experience with Customer Service at Chick-fil-a. I ordered a peach milkshake. The guy who took my order said it would come out with food. It did not. 2nd guy said he would check on it - he never came back. I went back to counter and asked for it. Guy walked away, got another customer his milkshake, but not me. I asked for manager. Female Mgr said "whats the problem" I said waiting for 10 minutes for milkshake, 1st guy walked up and handed me one - never said a word. No one apologized for the oversite or delay. I had cold nuggets and fries. Not a positive experience.
Clean, fast, friendly and so polite always opening doors for Customer ??
Look. It's Chick-fil-A. They have chicken. It's gotta be one of the friendliest, consistent, and clean places you can eat. Their app is pretty good for points and their sause selection is great.Also, next time, don't wolf down a sandwich and fries but get the salad next time... fatty.
SUCH A POPULr place with very good food. I took away a STAR because the LINES AT THE DRIVE thru are SO LONG . But they've figured out a way to get your order in and have you pay before you even get to the window. That really helps speed up the process !
Honestly there is nothing to say bad about chic fil A but it's good. However this time I tried the breakfast chicken minis and I didn't like the bread. It had what I think was a sweet butter of some sort that just didn't go with the chicken. That's just my opinion and I'm not saying it was bad because my 9 year old loves it, it just wasn't for me. I have spent thousands of dollars I know at chi fil A but the was the 1st time I ever tried thoes. Still one of the best chicken sandwich places around!!!
Great and fast as always. Went here after wasting 10 minute at a white castle and walking out because I had not ordered yet. Was a nice change when I ordered from here and it was quick and hot.
No other way to really describe Chick fil a except always busy… like crazy busy… but thank goodness for the App and curbside! Definitely speeds up the ordering and waiting process. If you don’t have it, I HIGHLY recommend getting it… plus you get free stuff! Win Win!
