Alan, the person who picked up the phone when I called is extremely polite. The cashier who checked me out today at 1:26pm is such a sweetheart. The fries weren't on point today but the Grilled chicken sandwich wasn't bad and the wrap is divine with both ranches. Thank you for being a solid place to eat lunches!

The service was good, although it took 25 minutes to get through the drive through line. They had me pull over to park and brought out my food later, only to find that they forgot some items and gave me cheese sauce instead of macaroni and cheese. Tried to call as this was the second time in a row they have missed items and no one answered and you can't leave a message.
Okay first of all, I always forget to write that this place has the best service. However, the one day I was going to write a 5 star review I received 0 star service. My mother ordered a very large order almost $60 worth of food. When I walked into the restaurant with my son we stood there for 20 minutes waiting to be helped! Unbelievable right? Not Chick-fil-A! But it was, everyone else was getting help and the big pow wow of managers didn't feel like dispersing. So my son and I remain waiting, even after speaking to two employee's who were kitchen workers that asked me if I needed help! I apparently looked long enough at a manager and she came to help. I only got two bags for $60 worth of food and was missing two drinks and ice. I cannot even understand why I waited that long and had everyone else getting helped but me. And I know $60 Might not be a lot to some, to us it is and we didn't even receive the right food. We were missing 5 items in total and received two sauces for $60 worth of food! When I went back in with my son they looked at me crazy when I said I was missing stuff and practically called me a liar. I am not one to start confrontation but I was not gonna stand down anymore. I told them I am missing these items and then I proceeded to get the worst attitude from two out of the three employees who helped me. The first employee was the sweetest and she saw how I was being treated and told them I needed it fixed. It's only a complaint because I wasn't the only one complaining about an order at the time yet I was the only one being questioned and mistreated. Will not go back ever again. Little do they know I applied here once and came for an interview... What a shame how you treat customers who use their last dollar on terrible service.
Every Chik-Fila I've ever been to had always been clean and nice service. But this particular one is the nicest newest one I've been too. The staff are so friendly there. I couldn't believe it. You couldn't be in a bad mood if you wanted too ? so many smiling faces and kind words around you. Thumbs up to the restaurant and their workers.
Typical Chi-fil-A quality. Very good chicken sandwiches for fast food. Always amazed by the customer service. This locations was quick, clean, and friendly. Don't let long lines scare you off. They have the staff and training to move that line faster than the 3 car line at the McDonualds next door.
I love the way this store is run. They are setup to handle tons of drive thru traffic, which they do with precision. The food is fantastic, but their service is what puts them over the top. Great work.
this was our first visit since the remodeling job. At first I was surprise at how few people were in the dining room, the chicken sandwich was overcooked and the crinkly fries were cold. now I know why. The workers were friendly and helpful but I go there for the food. I won't be in a hurry to go back

Dined inside around 7:30pm. Food was fresh, customer service was perfection, and the store was clean. Can't get any better than that!
