Service is horrible. Monday June 20th at 8:13pm. I wanted to place an order. And they told me they were closed. I could only get a drink. I was on a lunch break. Mall doesn’t close til 9pm. There was no one in line. Really didn’t appreciate it. Was craving it all day!!! I enjoy the sandwiches it’s just sad that this was another terrible experience at this location this is just my first time complaining. I understand customer service and this place needs some work.
I love the food and the main cashier lady, I really wish I knew her name. She’s always so kind and sweet to me, and she always compliments on my makeup and it just makes me get a big smile on my face. (I’m goth, so it means a lot)Food is always so good and fresh, I love the main Philly cheesesteak. Just so warm and the cheese is so gooey, just delicious!
Waited 15min just to get a lemonade and the male employee fixed his food and drink and to the back I guess everyone was on break me other customer asked where they at told them in back lady came up clocked in I guess and everyone came from back she said we have to eat too when other custmer asked if everyone has to be on break at the same time smh
Terrible service just like the StMatthews location.
My experience with this restaurant was extremely horrible. I’m only giving it one star because I can’t give it zero stars. Okay so while getting Christmas shopping done at the Jefferson Mall I decide to stop and have lunch. The woman that took my order was extremely rude and to top it off my cheesesteak was not even good, for a place to claim they have the number one cheesesteak in the world I expected a lot more, I have eaten better cheesesteak frozen in a bag I’ve bought from Kroger

Flavors are OK but, you get more bread than meat.
It was clean, good workers...not lazy or rude. Food was on point.
Clean, friendly, fast service. Sandwich was good, I was able to customize as I am picky with no hassle, which is a big plus for me.
Excellent subs. Large portions. Friendly staff and delicious lemonade
