Headia (I think that's how you spell her name) apologizes if I got it wrong. But she was fantastic while waiting on at least 4 tables simultaneously while providing the best service. Didn't take long for our food to come out and it was delicious. Great atmosphere, clean, and kid friendly. Hostess was polite and greeted us when we walked in.

My husband and I stopped in after a tour in the area - we had the bang bang shrimp for an appetizer- which was so spicy (and I like hot - from TX), but I couldn’t eat it. I had the steak and fully loaded sweat potato. The steak was very flavorful and juicy (it was a little more red than I like) but still great. Chicken fried steak was okay - this the four star - not like “true” Texas country-fried steak. The salad bar was refreshing - a must go!

Had a waitress that really did great even though it was her 1st day on the job. See was awesome and did a great job but the cook however screwed my steak up. I asked for medium well and it was completely raw.... I brought it to her attention and she took it back to the kitchen. You could tell he just thru it in the microwave and sent it back to me. Was not happy with that at all. Otherwise the salad bar and baked potato was great.

Longer wait than was necessary. Tables were left uncleared while patrons waited and waited to be seated. Our drinks were brought promptly. We waited 35 min just for warm rolls. My meal (a fillet and steamed broccoli) arrived 33 minutes after the rolls. The steak and broccoli were good...not great. The check arrived 5 seconds (not a joke) after being asked for. We will not be returning after this sub-par experience. Too many options in Louisville to choose from.

Hi my name is Delisa Jones...My mom asked me to take her to cattleman's to celebrate her 61st bday on Saturday March 12th 2022...which she has always enjoyed your food but she had a real bad stroke in which she can no longer drive so as a bday treat my family and I visited the Louisville ky hurstbourne location...we arrived at 4:19 and was told that we had a 45min wait for party of 10 but my sister couldn't come so the party size went to 8 instead but it still was a wait and I was fine with it...the first mistake was when we got seated right in front of the door here in Louisville on Saturday the temperature was 27 degrees at that point I asked my family if they wanted to be move to another table and they said that it was ok because we had already waited an hour to get that seat so they told me not to say anything! And I didn't...But come on they knew better than that every single time that door opened the air just cut you...so we all ate in coats...so it took the watiess a while to come back for like appetizers and drinks which I still didn't say anything about that I let that go...I ordered two onion ring towers which they didnt look nothing like the pic they were just in a basket but I still didn't say anything about that! Now we have placed our food order which ran 2 hrs and 15mins behind...no food for 2hrs and 15mins in the cold?and all we kept hearing was that it was coming we was there so loooonnnggg my 4yr old started acting up everyones attitudes were changing because we were starving...so glad I ordered those onion rings because that was terrible...a manger came over to our table only to tell us that they are dealing with a party of 30 and thats fine but lets mistreat the others because of the 30! I get it because you made more money off of the party of 30 so I would have understood better if it was left up to us if we wanted to stay or not! As far as we knew our food was on its way But 2hrs and 15mins later! No money was taken off the bill no I appreciate you for hanging with us or nothing my bill 128.00 which I payed it and Im not upset about the bill I even tipped the waitress... it's about compassion and empathy in which you all lack...Sad to say thats why so many places are closing because without us coming in spending our money you all wouldn't have a job to come to everyday...in order for you to make money someone has to spend it...I don't know about you all but I work hard for my money But What I won't do is spend my money and get mistreated especially on a special day like my moms bday...Thanks (RANT OVER) Get Outlook for Android

The steaks were cooked to perfection. The food was exceptional. The manager made it a point to check in with each of his customers to make sure they were having a good experience. We had a sweet server. She was good but forgetful. We asked for anyone handling my husband's food to wear a mask because he is immunosuppressed from a double lung transplant....I must say that the server completely ignored our request which could potentially be life threatening to my husband. But other than that we had a great time.

Amazing experience service was best Heaven our server was funny knowledgeable of menu food awesome

Cattleman's Roadhouse, where to begin. First off salad bar is is awesome, menu has nice selection, all staff was polite and helped another. We waited 20-25 min when told about a 15 min wait but it was definitely worth it. We came around 7:45pm on a Friday night and they had a big party going on in the back of the establishment. Everything was clean and orderly besides the menus needing a nice cleaning. Our server was wonderful and she was attentive. Steaks are cooked exactly to temp and delicious no bull.

Food good. Our server was good. The 2 girls working the host station were horrible. Not a hello, just a stare. It was snowing so I guess they wanted to go home early but people coming in was preventing that.

Wonderful restaurant. Clean. Prompt service. Very friendly. Loved the salad bar. Bourbon steak was mouth wateringly delicious.
