Appetizer trio is not worth the hype for the price, calamari was chewy and pale. Our meals were ok except for the pasta with chicken which wasn’t very good. Service was good but overall, we probably wouldn’t visit again.
Excellent pasta and some of the best service I’ve had in a restaurant in recent memory. The linguine was spiced just perfectly with garlic and herbs and a tomato base. Along with the grilled chicken it was very flavorful. It was also too much to eat so I ended up bringing half of it home. The helpings are quite large in the pasta group. The gluten-free pasta was especially good and had I not known it was gluten-free I would’ve been unable to tell the difference. The waiter, I believe his name may have been Ed was right on top of things and never let my sweet tea get low. I look forward to a return visit. Considering the size of the helpings the price for my meal and my wife’s meal was very reasonable.
Few of us went to this restaurant on a weekend evening, the restaurant was not too busy and the wait was around 30 minutes. The hostess demeanour was anything but friendly. I guess she is not expected to smile or greet. The server, can't remember her name, she was all smiles, quick to acknowledge. Got the drinks etc. fairly quickly.I ordered lasagna which had to be sent back after the first bite because it was cold. If anyone is wondering how can one of the most ordered dishes in an Italian restaurant can get served.Well when the "kitchen" manager is just hanging out and laughing up a storm with a staff, hot food served cold is expected. The lasagna was warmed up, served with "sorry about that".I ordered tiramisu and what an insult to a traditional dessert.Order it at your own risk. It was just terrible.I am sure this restaurant is popular for a reason. Given the quality of food, you might be better off going to the competitors in the area.
Normally I am very pleased with the service and food. But this last time it was not busy, took about an hour to receive our meal. I always order well done filet, this steak was dry and not hot at all. Just because it's well done doesn't mean it can't melt in your mouth. I could tell they were short on cooks. One person was cooking along with an unhappy manager.. Not sure I will be back.
Our server was excellent she was a total professional. The food came out in an orderly manner and I was not disappointed in any way. I will always come back here because everything to me is exceptional. So much better than the massively overrated Porcini's.
We were visiting from out of town and had about 25 people to serve. Wanted to get a nicer carry out order, and avoid eating fast food. Our entire order was correct ! We had every little thing in our bag, down the oil and seasoning for the bread. The carry out staff was friendly. Would highly recommend !
A busy Friday evening and a party of 6 so we expected a bit of a wait. We got a table with no problem. The waiter was attentive but a little off putting. The food was acceptable but nothing special. I would go back during a quieter time and try again but overall it was okay.
Our first time at Carrabba’s tonight and we loved it! Our server, Edwin, was excellent. He helped us make good menu choices, never left us too long without a drink refill and sent us out the door with our leftovers plus a heavenly slice of cannoli cake for later!!
I've only been to this place a total of like 5 times between Texas and Kentucky and they never disappoint. This year was for my mom's birthday (surprise for her) and a lot of our guests had never been before. Everyone loved it and got stuffed lol. If you go here I'd def recommend our server Lenny, he was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. I love this place.
We made a reservation online. When arriving at this establishment we were told it would be another 45 min wait for a table. They said once you arrive then your wait starts. So I ask what is the point of reservations? This call ahead and online reservation is a joke. Do not recommend at all. But over all the food is amazing. The service has declined a bit.
