I usually order their chicken through delivery service but today I was in the neighborhood so I decided to stop in. I'm usually a little hesitant about visiting places in the Highlands because I don't like looking for parking but Carali's has a parking garage attached with ample parking and close proximity. Today though there was also plenty of street parking in front of the building.I had the all dark. Their chicken is so juicy and delicious, I always order the sweet potato fries and pinto beans both of which are outstanding. I don't know what seasonings they put in the pinto beans but it's great.
This place is so good! Staff were friendly and didn't take long with my carry-out order. The food was absolutely delicious. Like, I would eat it every day if I could delicious--I'll definitely be back for their chicken empanada! The Carali's wrap was also fantastic. They give you a little of all 3 house-made sauces with your order so you get an even wider range of flavors. The décor was fun, inside was spacious and comfortable. They also have outdoor seating as well.

The food had good flavor. I got a 1/4 chicken with 2 sides. The chicken leg and thigh looked like it came off of a very very small chicken. I was disappointed on the size of it. I ate it in 3 bites. Sad

Excellent flavors! I haven't had anything on the menu that wasn't delicious. Their specialty rice is terrific, and their fried empanadas are juicy and packed with flavor. This is definitely a regular for me.
