Been going here for years and always left over satisfied every time! Saying that the food and service is great is an understatement. When you walk in, you feel like family and the food is just immaculate. Best authentic Vietnamese food in Louisville, hands down! Love this restaurant so much that it has become my daily for over 5 years and will continue to go to them.

The spring rolls were fresh and crisp with a nice peanut sauce. Beef pho had an amazing broth. Very satisfied. It's a must visit.

Cafe Thuy Van’s food was amazing. Our family went there for lunch and everyone loved there food. The service was good and very friendly. They only take cash but there is a ATM next door at gas station. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend this restaurant. Give it a try, you won’t regret it. I really enjoyed the #27 and my wife enjoyed #18.
One of the local hidden gems here in Louisville KY. If you're looking for a great affordable authentic Vietnamese restaurant without hurting the bank, then this is it. Plenty of dishes to choose from and the quantity they give is abundant. Cash only, well worth a visit. Flavors, taste, and authenticity at its finest.
