Came in just after 12, stood at counter over 5 min. Got seated. Tables are all nasty. Sticky stuff menus were greasy, nothing had been cleaned from the night before. Even the carpet felt greasy. Sat at the table about 10 min with no one coming over. Place was dead. I can only imagine what the kitchen was like but we didn't stay to find out.
First I want to say our server Carmen was amazing! She was the ONLY person serving and was running all over the place and held her composure the entire time. She was pleasant every time she approached us. The food was not good. The 6 boneless wings were cold but onion rings were hot. The wings were barely edible and it’s a wing place, so this is not good! Clearly this place is understaffed.
It's fairly clean and the service was good. I'll order food to go because it's so close. I love to order on Thursdays because it's buy one get one free wings or on Tuesdays when it's buy one get one 50% off. They're currently understand like everybody on the planet so just be prepared to wait a minute or two longer than normal but other than that foods always great hot fresh and plenty of it
If I could leave no stars I would. I’ve never had such a terrible experience. My food was cold and soggy. The fries were hard as rocks like they had been sitting out for days. The wings weren’t even tossed in sauce it was like they just poured the sauce on top and put it in a container. The burger that was ordered wasn’t even cooked completely and had some sort of chili sauce on top which was supposed to be the brisket burger. I’ve never gotten that has been so absolutely disgusting. This store has gone so far down hill I don’t even know how they’re open.
I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Jenni for taking AMAZING care of me and my friends. They were under staffed and she still was keeping a smile on her face and giving us the utmost service and respect. She was so kind hearted and caring! I will definitely be back just to see her! The food was also good! Mikey in the kitchen is awesome. Jenni thank you for the amazing service and human you are! You’re killing it (:
Service is a thing of the past. I understand it’s hard to get people nowadays but still you should have somebody at the front counter to greet your guest and bring togo orders. I ordered ultimate nachos with chili. Surprise, no chili. Chips are soggy and basically just nasty. Food here used to be good. Now it’s just disappointing. Try taking some pride in your company and your job.
It was a Saturday evening on Thunder Over Louisville so I understand that they were short staffed probably due to call outs. We waited about 50 minutes on two take out meals. All Id gotten was 6 wings and they weren't all that great. Just tasted rushed. The hostess did give me a drink (because I asked for it) in a to go cup while I was waiting but all they had were kiddie sizes. I was highly disappointed, I should've been offered a free dessert or something to compensate for the long wait.
Very slow service for mid-week, and the appetizer wasn't even hot. Ordered my favorite, the Caribbean Jerk traditional bone-in wings and it took almost 45 minutes from the time we ordered to finally get them. Very tasty, but again, only warm and not hot when served.
Dined alone at 1pm. Was happy women's basketball was playing in the bar/dining area. Ordered quickly, received order quickly. Food was good and plentiful. Service was excellent. (Thanks Valerie) Would highly recommend to fam/friends.
This location continues to be the epitome of dysfunction. Lack of leadership is very apparent the minute you walk in the door. No acknowledgement, no positive contact, no sense of urgency, manager visibility non-existent, modifiers on to-go order ignored. This was the third time in as many weeks as we have given this restaurant another opportunity to earn our business. We love the boneless wings and ranch. Still hold a soft spot in my heart for the brand and concept as when I was in my early 20's it was a place I frequented often. Call it nostalgia. We love this place, but the fall off has been drastic in terms of operations. But what do I know? I'm just a guy. No need for the owner to respond to this review. Don't need to go to the complaint website as I am not attempting to get anything for free. Just want to see this place get back on track from online ordering time estimates to simple things that don't cost money for the restaurant like acknowledgement or a warm greeting upon arrival.
