We came in after a long day and was immediately told that there was only one server for the evening. There were very few people here so we waited. Billie was simply incredible! We did not have to ask for anything and she took great care of us. Billie and the rest of the staff killed it tonight and it was very much appreciated! I can't say enough good things about our service and the quality of the food tonight!THIS, is service and food done the right way, thank you!

Fair. Server was not attentive. Workers were not attentive. Asked what we wanted to order before even getting menus. Were rushing our party. Food is not that good. Over priced for what you get. Not a fan.
Food quality seems to be going down hill. Didn't really enjoy my meal.
This place is ok...but its slowly going downhill honestly. Service could be a tad bit better for what you pay...but its ok. Bartender was nice and its very clean

The server Flo was very nice, and dedicated to her job. She tried to insure everything was well for us, thank you Flo, for going above and beyond to insure us a great experience, and good customer service. But, as for the food itself, the potato wedges I ordered were delicious, my chicken wings however were not so great. They were cooked too hard on the outside, and under cooked on the inside, there wasn't enough sauce on my wings either. I like buffalo wild wings a lot, but this was not one of their best cooking moments.
The waiter was very polite but that's where the good experience ended. We waited over 45 minutes for appetizers and another 1 1/2 hours for our food. It was served cold. I don't ever have to go back. Ever.
*** Edited to add, I attempted to leave a review on the FAQ site mentioned in every review here including this one but the site was buggy and prevented me from completing the form. This is specific to the Outerloop Louisville KY location. All other BWW visits have been good or better. ***I placed a takeout order that was supposed to be ready at 2:40. I arrived at 2:38 and waited until 2:45 for any member of staff to acknowledge me while waiting at the take out counter. There were 3 tables of people and 1 person at the bar. 3 waitresses were waiting on a party of 10 and no one was manning the host/hostess stand or the take out counter. The waitress that came to the takeout counter told me they were still cooking my food and it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I got my order. Upon checking my order they got several items incorrect and forgot my drink. I waited to be assisted and finally had to track a waitress down. I found the three waitresses from earlier hanging out behind a drink station. My food was not fresh even after waiting for them to make it for over an hour (from the time my order was placed to the time I was handed it).I attempted to call and speak with someone about these issues and no one answered the phone after I waited on hold too long the phone system disconnected me.
