great food, service was awesome!!

We just ate there and it was incredible! The wait staff and Management were friendly and great. They made you feel comfortable in a very charming relaxed atmosphere. They made our Anniversary very special!! Definitely recommend! Plus, their artichoke fritters OMG!

We enjoyed two meals at this comfortable Downtown local eatery. It is a large sized restaurant with an outdoor eating area. The staff and service were very friendly and thorough. For a lunch visit we each enjoyed the club sandwich with some modifications. We had a late lunch (3pm) so the chips were cold and a bit chewy. They would be more pleasurable cooked to order. For a dinner visit, we each had a pasta dish: Linguine Pierot and Linguine with Sweet Thai Chilis. The Pierot was good. The Sweet Thai Chili pasta was too sweet. This is one of the few restaurants open in the evening in the Downtown area within walking distance of the Homewood Suites. Stop by this restaurant and support the local community.

Everything here was just fine, but missing flavor that could've made the food more of a wow. I'm talking not super soft rolls, mashed potatoes with no flavor or creaminess, and pork that was slightly charred and overly sweet due to a huge topping of mini peppers. I think the fried artichoke was my favorite thing, but I couldn't say I would try this place again unless someone else decided to go there.

We had a great meal here, early Friday evening. My wife and I both had the Ginger and Garlic special. It was fabulous! Our companions had a hamburger, which she said was good (typical burger). Another lady had the stir fry, which she loved. I didn't like the special blueberry Old Fashion, but the waiter swapped it out for a regular Old Fashion which I liked better. Over all we had an enjoyable dinning experience. Great service.

We had a reservation tonight at 6 PM for five people. We also had theatre tickets at the Kentucky Center for the Arts at 8 PM. When we arrived I e water had been poured well before we arrived and the ice was melted. O one can to our table for a half hour and I had to go to the host stand to ask for service. The drinks came differently than we ordered and the waitress apologized, sayid she had been outside smoking. Our salads and one appetizer arrived and then the server disappeared. At 7:30 when we asked where our meals were, the server came back with our checks and covered the salads and the one app.We left starving with 2 1/2 hours of concert. Managers may blame the terrible service on lack of hires, COVID or anything else. The bottom line is, do not reserve more tables than you can manage. With so many great Restaurants in Louisville, we will lever go to any of the Bristol’s again.

Cobb salad with dry leftover chicken tender chunks atop. Not good enough. Fried artichoke bites that were over-timed in the fryer til mahogany in color; and they tasted strongly of old, semi-rancid grease. Nearly inedible. These were our lunch choices due to the extremely limited menu. The Average rating is barely deserved.

This is a great period of time to Invest and earn reasonable profits with great signals on bitcoin and binary trade, with the help of mrs jennifer smith, she's the best account manager, she has been helping me. I started with just cool amount and now am getting great profits upward.

The waitress ( Paige) we had was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, she made us feel comfortable asking questions, we had lots of questions but she would cheerfully go and find out the answers. She told us about drinks and food and make sure we had a wonderful experience. The food and drinks were really good too.

I feel like if I write how bad this experience was, it may seem so bad that no one will believe me.Salad course45 min after ordering, server told us they were out of blue cheese dressing. A minute later, we got our salads, but we were missing silverware. Had to find someone to get it. Salad tasted good.Entree courseFood came out 10 minutes after salads, and I know that my food had been sitting under a warmer for a while. Plate was hot, but food looked old and chicken was lukewarm. Luckily, Teresa's sweet chilli linguini would be good if you found it on the side walk in front of the Bristol so I still enjoyed it.Appetizer courseNever got our appetizer. After telling the person who brought our food (not our server), the server comes out and says, "Well do you still want it?" We say yes and wontons comes out in 4 minutes.Bonus pointsNot one single water refill even after asking. Had to go to bar to get our own waters.I constantly saw the server running back and forth but doing nothing productive.I'm pretty sure his other three tables were mad or upset with him.He never checked on the table, not after the salad course or entree. He only asked about the appetizer and that's it. That's why we couldn't get waters or silverware or even a goodbye from him after we paid the check. He literally didn't even say have a nice day despite the fact that we STILL tipped him 20% because my sister and I both used to be servers and we can't help it. There wasn't a possibility of taking to a manager either because we were almost late to our show at the Kentucky Center which started at 8pm despite having reservations at 6pm.Seriously the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in ages, and we had the pleasure of paying $30+ each for it.Side note: a week later, my parents went and had a fabulous time. So, maybe it's just this server. I have his name and the receipt if a manager wants to know.
