Little slow at first. Drinks from the bar took longer than I expected given the number of open tables. But the food was served quick, hot and fresh. Great experience. Would eat there again soon.
The Chicken Parmesan was very greasy, the pasta was soaked in grease, and we couldn't understand why having never seen that with a Chicken Parmesan dish. Consequently I would not recommend it. The Insalata Dela Casa side salad was good and the bread for the table quite nice. Service was unbelievably slow, but we guessed they were short staffed. I plan to give Bravo another try.

Two friends and I had 5:30 Saturday reservations and it was perfect for us avoiding the crowd. We had excellent service from Amaya and were well-pleased with the attention we received. One friend ordered the bisque and meatballs with ricotta for her meal. The other companion ordered the chicken fettucine that was much to her liking. Portions were generous and we each enjoyed our meals and were happy with our choices. My pasta with the chicken scallopini was just warm, but I did not want to make my companions wait while I sent the pasta back because their meals were piping hot. I also did not mention it to Amaya. We experienced a pleasant dining experience and will definitely return. The drinks from the bar were a bit slow in coming.

Worst experience (food was ok) Lazy servers. Lazier managers. Food sitting in window dying Was 15 minutes before we were greeted and there were only 5 small tables and one larger party in restaurant with 4 servers, 3 managers and a hostess. Mess. Used to be one of our weekly spots but post Covid it seems like thereâs no hope. Will not be returning
