Boss Hogs came to my work for a Juneteenth event. All of the meals (chicken or pork) were already pre-made and packaged. I waited in a crazy long line only to be disappointed because the amount of food was skimpy and then they just assumed everyone likes baked beans and potato salad while other people were getting green beans etc. Half of my meal went into the trash because I HATE potato salad. I barely got any baked beans and the meat for my sandwich was skimpy. I was HIGHLY disappointed and wished I would have went to the other food truck that was available. Get it together Boss Hogs! Don't assume people like foods they may not like, ASK THEM what they want.

Had this for a work event and it was delicious! The staff in the food truck were friendly and helpful. Loved that they packed the bun for the pulled pork separately so it didn't get soggy/was easy to avoid eating. Pulled pork was tender and flavorful - it would be amazing on its own! Cole slaw was refreshing and crisp. But what I really loved was the potato salad. Thick and creamy without being overly 'mayonnaise-y'.
Today I had the Pork BBQ, green beans and baked beans. BBQ was so tender and delicious. The beans were great.
On 9/19 I had thrown together a last minute surprise party. The owner of Boss Hog's was so nice. My delivery was on time and the food was on point still hot upon arrival. I couldn't ask for a better restaurant to supply great comfort food for my guest. I will definitely use this establishment again and recommend it to everyone. The owner was so gracious to supply me with the extra pans I didn't have. Well, with that said I'm on my way to grab dinner for the family bon appetite.

We had Boss Hog’s food truck come for a birthday party! I can’t say enough about how incredible they are! They are so polite and so respectful. The food was hands down the best BBQ I have had. The ribs were out of this world. They were so easy to work with! We got tons of compliments on the food and how great the guys were. We couldn’t possibly be happier! Will definitely use them again! Thanks guys!
