Ate dinner last Thursday, only meal of the day and got a horrible case of food poisoning. Food tasted ok but have been sick for the last 2 days. Something is not righ with their food prep.
It was good food and a good atmosphere. Very friendly service, but a little slow. I think they were probably short-staffed and I know how much of a pain that can be.
Excellent Pizza! Customer Service Great. Only think that concerned me was that masks were being worn by staff but below their nose and they continously played with the mask probably because of the way it was being worn.
The place its great ,it's like my 6 time coming here and never regret anything I eat or drink.they really friendly and make u feel like home they made the best old fashion I try many different places and I can say this the one I like more .Megan can make some really good drinks thanks megan
We ordered three pizzas for carry-out and they were all made correctly. You can taste the freshness and above average quality of ingredients.
Ordered a pizza and wings from Uber eats. They made the pizza before there was a driver there to pick it up so the pizza sat on the self getting cold for 25 min. When the driver got there the place would not give him the order so he waited a good 15 min more when they finally brought it out it was cold as ice. I turned on my oven and waited for delivery once I got the pizza it was the wrong pizza. We got a plain pizza with mushrooms and not a meat lovers with mushrooms like I ordered. Big difference. We called them and the manager refused to even talk to us. The worst part is that the manager refused to talk to us. Ordered through Uber eats !! Paid extra to have it delivered straight to me and pizza was barely warm and wings were warm. As far as the wings go, flavor was good ( Thai chili ) but the wings themselves were poor quality and I ordered an extra ranch for $1.39 and didn’t receive it. The pizza 12” pep on thin was almost cold, and way too much seasoning on it !! definetly think about ordering from somewhere else !! I am a truck driver amd order pizza all the time while I’m waiting and this was one of the worst I’ve ever had

This was our first time here at the Boombozz in Westport Village. Jeremy H was our server and was fantastic! He was so attentive and went through everything with us and had great recommendations. We will definitely be back!
