great find! little grocery store with a cafeteria-style eatery in the back. They serve generous portions to go or to eat in at one of the few booths. Very reasonably priced and everyone is incredibly nice and welcoming. Definitely helps if you brush up on your Spanish!
Everything is amazing from the customer service to the food! My favorite are the plantains!
Worst Cuban sandwich ever pork had no flavor, no pickles, not even real Cuban bread. Bought Cuban bread there it’s not real Cuban bread too light and airy poked my thumb through it getting out of the bag. Real Cuban bread is much more dense and chewy. I’m from Florida I know the real thing. Save your from money go to Havana Bakery and Cafe they are legit! Plus they are super friendly!
Staff was very courteous and friendly. Portions were large. Food was delicious. I had the roast lamb, spicy rice, yucca, and papa rellenos! It was very good and I have leftovers. Can’t wait to try something different the next trip. Was affordable! The lady that waited on me did not speak English but lucky I brought an interpreter with me!
