Food was decent service was horrible waitress barely acknowledged us didn’t know what she was doing sent us another table food when we hadn’t even ordered yet then took 30 mins to apologize came in at 5 didn’t leave till 7 didn’t leave a tip worst service ever will go again if didn’t waitress

Waited 15 minutes before anyone come to seat us. Waited 50+ minutes for food to arrive, restaurant was not crowded at all, server would disappear for 15 minutes at times, food was cold once it finally came out. overall was not a good dining experience. I have been to BJ's many times before and it was also great tonight not so much.

Service and food was excellent!!

Waited an hr and 15 minutes for food Everyone’s food at the table was cold .Seen server every 30 minutes

Good service. Good atmosphere, very relaxing. Everything I ordered looked good and tasted really good. I have been there before and I’ll come back.

Service needs HUGE improvement. Not gonna go into details what happend since i believe its not going to do any good. (Coz)Some random guy (or so i thought) passed by us and asked (while i was talking to my husband) "everything good?" While he was trying to squeeze into the other table. I was shocked because he interrupted me, didn't even introduce himself and didn't even stopped walking. He also had no name tag. The fact that the lead (or manager) does that, no chance for service area to improve. I ordered jambalaya and it was not good but since it was expensive i had to finish it. All i could taste was old bay seasoning. Server did try and ask how she can improve our experience but no saving that. Took too long our food wasnt even hot anymore.

I've eaten here several times and the food has always been decent. However, at this time I can not recommend this restaurant. Of the last 3 times we have tried to go to this restaurant the first we were able to eat and things were fine. The other two times we were told it would be an hour wait. Now, let me say, if I see people lined out the door, a full floor with not a table in sight, I won't balk at that in the least. They are doing something rightWhen your restaurant is barely 1/3 full and it is an hour wait for a table, that's when it feels like there is some serious mismanagement.I'm aware we are in a climate of it being difficult to find people to fill positions. But if you aren't taken the steps you need and feel turning away customers (We were not the only ones walking out) is a great business model. Then that's just not a business I choose to support.I really hope this place turns around. It use to be really good. If it does I'll be happy to update this. Until then though, it's honestly not even worth trying

Made me hold 20 minutes to place an order over the phone. Got there and they were not busy, and made me wait 20 minutes for a soggy dirty box with a small $30 pizza. Had it in past and they have clearly gone down hill. Then waited a long time to get a not dirty box. I expect way more for a $30 pizza.

Disgusting person………………..

The chicken thighs was fabulous and we ordered extra cheese and sauce for pizza and barely got any. The flight was good.
