We had outside seating it took forever for us to get a server come to find out they had one waitress available the poor girl was so slim packed with tables it was ridiculous was not her fault we made our order then when we got our food we ordered the same thing and we got two different steaks they were meant to be medium rare well one was definitely well done and that was the one that was the different state compared to mine it was removed from the bill so she did make it right the manager that is but still felt very bad for the waitress but she did an amazing job and she deserved every tip she got needs to say they really do need to get some help up there in the food could have been better
Being it was a Friday the fish and chips were $9.99. So the wife and I both got them. Our only complaint was the cole slaw was a little bland, but we put some of it on our fish and made it better. Server was on top of things, keeping our drinks filled. Good sports bar with TVs everywhere.
Service was great, beer was ice cold, the fries are solid, the fried mozzarella appetizer was really good but the wife and I got the prime rib sandwich. It was literally devoid of any taste whatsoever. We each only ate about half. The waitress volunteered to take both orders off our ticket when I spoke with her but I figured we both ate half so she just took 1 off. I was very pleased with how she handled it. We'll be back but will have to order something different.
My wife and I stopped for dinner after running some errands. After looking at the menu we decided to start with the steak nachos and get some wings. The nachos were great, my only complaint is the picture showed steak chopped in pieces small enough you can get some in every chip, however, our nachos had 6-8 strips of steak that were 3 to 4 inches long. Disappointed for sure. Wings weren't anything special but were not bad. Would have rated higher had the $15 nachos been right.
Never again it was horrible corned beef dry their queso was awesome I don't live near this location I do like one I fern creek wings better than Roosters
Second visit. Better than first. Typical chain fare, in my opinion, but my expectations were already at that level. Mozzarella planks as appetizer. I had Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, the wife had 5 cheese burger. Both came with fries and were pretty good. Lots of big screen tvs, so would be a good place to have a drink, food and enjoy a game.
Very friendly staff. Kept us informed about the wait time . Food was delicious and hot just as it should be. My steak was cooked just like I ask for.
I think most of them closed due to poor management,I thought the chicken bowl was fantastic, last year we ate at the one in Lake wales fla,and it was nasty
