We come here twice a month and last night the pizza didn’t have any sauce. I mean it did but very very little. So my onion pizza wasnt great at all. And the cheese pizza was just cheese sticks. Kids didn’t even eat it. Which is sad. This makes me sad as we are loyal customers. I’m going to try another bearnos because the pizza is too expensive for this type of mishap.
We have an awesome experience the Sunday evening we went. There was a lot of walk-in/pick up activity but otherwise the restaurant was fairly quiet with only a fewbothee tables being served. We were able to talk & visit with one another & watch some March Madness without feeling rushed.
Came in for lunch and was shocked to see the place empty, especially with the excellent service we had. Our server was so kind and professional, checked on us often and in the mean time made sure the restaurant was absolutely spotless. Then we get to the food which was absolutely amazing, I had the chicken parm and I have to say I think it was the best I have ever had; the chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside but soft enough I could cut it with only a fork. Everything was perfect, if I could give this place a 6 / 5 I would.

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs, with extra meatballs and extra mushrooms for lunch (but paid for the dinner portion). Not sure how many meatballs normally come with it, but there were only 4 - that's considered extra??? The mushrooms were literally cut and tossed into the sauce, not cooked or sauteed. And the pasta itself felt dried out, as if leftover from the previous night. Worst pasta takeout I've had in my life. Never again.
Ordered a Mama Bearno's Special. Should have went to Papa John's would have had the same amount of toppings & would at least be done. Very sad!!!Disappointing at best. Will not waste my money again!!!! So Sad!!!!
They screwed up our order and it took 45 extra minutes to get 3 chicken tenders cooked. In the meantime our cheese bread and pizza sat unattended to and was mediocre at best. Very disappointing considering it was more than $50. Their resolution was to give us 25% off our next order. No thanks. Won't be going back anytime soon.
Called for delivery they said it would be an hour and 2 hours later it was still not delivered. It sucks to because I have a good friend that owns a location and I am loyal to the brand. My company wont be ordering from this location again. They didnt even offer a discount for the inconvenience. 2nd bad experience for this location.
Ordered a pizza at 6:10, was told an hour for delivery. It’s 7:52 and still no pizza. Two calls to store and I’ve been told he’s on his way. Never Again!!!! Lesson learned.
