I can’t believe I got here at 9:30pm and they say their manager told them to close when the door says 10pm and even online they open till 10:00 and I come here every Tuesday and they open but tonight new crew and they closed when they want to so now will not come here again and go to other one. This is completely not right. Another loyal customer lost good luck
EVERY TIME I go in here, and I mean it’s been decades now…(I think!) they’ve been nothing but kind to me. I always tip them! They deserve it! I try to avoid peak times bc of the pandemic, so that helps too. I honestly think “mama’s making cookies” and NOW THE NEW “inside out apple pie” are the best flavors I’ve ever tasted. If you haven’t tried them, don’t walk- RUN! So yum ?!! I’m going to go today!
Ordered at 9:32. They close at 10pm. Order accepted. They canceled my order 2 minutes later because “they were closed”. Now I have to try to get my money back from Uber. Been doing that for ~15 minutes. Fun stuff.

The staff was friendly and the ice cream was great. The store is still set up for COVID protocols. No seating. Markers on the floor for social distancing. Etc...

These people are so obsessed with forcing masks on everyone that it’s honestly sickening and only causes customers to take their money elsewhere. THERES NO MASK MANDATE. MASKS DONT WORK.
Horrible customer service today! Ordered an Oreo milkshake. Waited on my husband to use the restroom and I waited by the front door. He came back from the restroom and I tasted the milkshake which tasted nothing but milk- Had no taste- just milk. He asked if it could get re made and the original person that made it was going to remake it until another lady that worked there said no because we left the store. I told her we never left. She continued to argue with us. She said either we take it or we throw it away. So I threw it away. I would have rather give my 6.00 to a homeless person than baskin Robbins! Will never return to another baskin Robbins. Too bad, was going to spend probly 50.00 between now and Father’s Day, but I’ll spend my money elsewhere! It’s very rude that she argued with us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Would love the GM TO CONTACT ME!
