We visited 7/30/2022 at about 8 pm Employees were amazing in handling a situation where the cookie dough ice cream tasted like spoiled milk. One employee even stated we weren’t the only ones to complain about the cookie dough ice cream. Bald male manager was incredibly rude saying it tasted fine to him and refused to help other than a refund. We asked for replacements or to atleast pay for the ice cream that did taste fine. He refused and said we got our refund so we are done here and walked off. I’ve never felt so disrespected at this business and have never had a problem with them before.

Tonight, I rode my bike a whole 20 minutes for a milkshake from this location and at 9pm they were already closing! I had also just got some food from KFC on the way and decided to eat at the table outside. Multiple cars with several other customers also pulled up and were turned away. Right after I finished eating I was about to leave and the punk kids who were closing early had the nerve to approach me and laughed when I said I was going to tell their boss about the bad service.I am a regular customer and normally have a great time at this place. I have even been here after 9 before and they were not closed... more than once! I don't think I will be coming back anytime in the evening because it's basically a bunch of unsupervised kids doing what ever they want.
$50 for an ice cream cake and they can't even spell right. And the cake was horrible. Save your money America. Prices are out of control, especially this place.

Horrible. Paid $18 for a 4x4 ice cream cake that was supposed to be a sheet cake. It looks like a 5 yr old pushed cake into a square. Totally disappointed. I will never go there again. Ridiculous.

This Baskin Robins location had hands down the absolute best service I have received in an ice cream shop! (Out of hundreds)We had 5 orders all different with sundaes, shakes and special requests. In & Out in less than 5 mins. The staff were friendly & helpful! Awesome job to these workers. This is definitely my go to for ice cream & cakes in future! BRAVO guys!
We drove out of our way to grab ice-cream last night since they were the only place open until 10pm. When we arrived at 9:36 the lights were on. As we parked the employees inside turned off the lights. There were three employees inside. When I went up to the door the man that seemed to be in charge opened it and said they were closed. I gestured to the door sign that ready they were open until 10pm. He said those hours were wrong and shut the door in my face. As we drove away they turned the lights back on. I was just plain rude...not to mention is was my sister's birthday and all she wanted to was baskin robbin's ice-cream:(
