Amazingly delicious food! Rudy, Emma and Co. have truly brought a small piece of Filipino culture to the Ville! (The most delicious pieces!). A MUST try for foodies in the Deby City!
I ordered Chicken Adobo with garlic fried rice.Food smell delicious but it was very salty, it raised my mother's blood pressure after eating this. They should cook with less salt and without MSG?Update: Owner replied and stated they don't use MSG. Thank you for your reply.
It’s was nice chatting with you guys today in Charlestown! My first time eating with you and it’s awesome! Loved all of it! Can’t wait to see you all back in town! Best wishes in your food truck adventure
Can’t recommend this Food Truck highly enough!!!! 100/10! So good!
Great customer service and nice presentation of lumpia (egg rolls): however, they need to improve the taste of pancit or noodles, and also adobo. I followed the food truck whenever I could multiple times to support this small business, especially that the owner/s and I are from the same country of origin (Philippines). But I felt and tasted that I was only wasting my money for my displeasure of the overall taste of the food they serve.
Bamba Eggroll Co never disappoints!! My family loves the beef and apple lumpias and Kamayan bowl. Delicious!!
I didn’t even know what Filipino food was before I tried this food before they even had a truck at the Westport Road Farmers market. Now I check their Facebook page every week to see where they will be. I live out in Lagrange and they come out to Oldham County quite regularly which I appreciate. My favorites are the pancit and chicken adobo and some other Filipino BBQ dish that I can’t remember the name of. Also try all of the lumpia. You can’t go wrong.
The egg rolls were amazing! Thin crispy and loaded with beef. Was also really impressed with the pork belly and rice with the egg on top! All around great experience, will definitely be back again!
I had high hopes for the Philippine food. However I was disappointed with the adoba chicken and fried rice. Although the chicken was very tender it tasted like it was not fresh and the seasoning just masked the not so fresh taste.
These cats are a total class act. Bamba eggroll was given the worst spot on festival grounds, and remained so kind to the production staff - they fed us breakfast lunch and dinner. Its delicious, quality food that gave good energy for the hard work.
