The workers are trying being that no one wants to really work and then when they do the service is minimal but I have found at this Applebee's on Dixie Highway as when Beyond but they have to close their doors when they have nobody to service them. And FYI the restaurants all need cleaning I mean severe cleaning and Applebee's is not the only one thank you Applebee's you made my night
The broccoli was steamed perfectly!! I ordered dessert and wasn't pleased that when I picked up my order my ice cream was more then halfway melted!
Food was hot and fresh! Waitress constantly checked on us and was very polite.
Staff was friendly and food was prompt and good. Felt like the A/C wasn't working. We might come back.
Visited for the $5 drink special and the half priced late night apps. The restaurant was having problems with the a/c but nonetheless the service was great and the food was delicious. It was a great way to end our night.

I feel like the quality of the food is much lower than when I used to work at Applebee's in 2016. I know a lot of these companies, the find cheaper and cheaper ways to provide the same food, changing ingredients here and there.... It's a toxic trend in the food industry.The wanton tacos were still as good as ever though.Hostess was strange, abrasive, condescending.When I used to work at Applebee's (not this location) the work environment was very stressful. The hostess would be under a lot of pressure not to let the customers wait in the lobby, as a result us Cooks would end up with too many orders at once causing a lot of bad orders. I'm not sure if this is the same situation here but the hostess was visibly annoyed when I asked to sit at a table and not the bar (I was there alone).I don't think it's so much to ask for a table and I ended up sitting at a two person table... Why would you act like I was messing up your day for that? Not everyone who comes in there alone wants to sit at the bar. I prefered an actual chair and table I don't think I'm a bad guy for that...
The store was really dirty my food wasn't right mashed potatoes was hard and cheese like it's been sitting for hours. I ask for a chicken salad n they mixedy salad with two different chicken types very poorly service. I call back Sun and told the manager when we was hanging up she slammed in my ear. Very ruled
My steak was med rare but came out med. It was so tough I could barely eat it. The onion soup was delicious. The service was the thing th at save our dinner ( Devon).
Great food. Service was a little sloww for a Tuesday with no crowd, but the server was great! The kitchen was taking forever. Still a pleasant experience and the food was delicious once it arrived. The steak was flavorful and tender, the mashed potatoes tasted instant, but were fabulous! The salad was crisp and fresh. Very good ranch and honey mustard dressing. We ended the meal with a cup of regular and decaf coffee which were both freshly brewed and so so good. The cost of the dinner was $30! Highly recommend, just may have to wait a minute for your food.
